Edit, 7/30/25 Oh look it up online. Hardee’s corporate is suing this franchise owner for the exact same things that I mention. Weird operating hours closing at 2 PM, not offering corporate menu items. I’m not excusing corporate decisions, but I think this is very interesting.
I had no for knowledge of this. It’s very coincidental. Maybe the franchise owner should focus more on quality, instead of revenue?
This is upsetting. Just thought I’d mention it.
———————- It makes me kinda upset to say this, but this Hardee’s, like others in the area, is quite sad. While the breakfast is OK, what used to be spectacular burgers on the lunch menu are now to the point that they are abysmal. They acknowledge this so much by not even staying open past 2 PM. What sort of cataclysmic management decisions could screw up what was once nearly the best fast food burgers in the industry, rivaling that of good restaurant burgers, to the substandard offerings that they have now? Please go back to the Carl’s Jr. burgers, guys. This is not good at all.
Edit, 5/21/25, I responded as requested, and to the email follow up, and then silence from Hardee’s. I guess they don’t have a real response.
I just want them to get better. Lot of potential here.
BTW, none of the Hardee’s locations around here are able to handle online ordering...
Read moreAbout 4:00 today, I ordered the number 3 $5 box. I gave the man the money and went to the restroom to wash my hands when I remembered that I forgot to say no onions on my burger. Came back out and asked the fella can he take the onions off and he kindly replied yes, sir. I said thank you and walked to the drink machine and as I was filling my cup I heard the girl say "he can take them off himself." I didn't say anything I just got my food and left. Up the road a little ways I took a bite into my burger and I guess she wasn't playing because I had to take the onions off myself. It's your choice to stop at this location, but take it from me when I say you'll be greeted with a...
Read moreThis location is right off the interstate (i65) and only like 7-8 min from my home. They always seem to take a bit longer than the other fast food joints but the quality seems better so its worth it. With breakfast, I typically get their biscuits (sausage, egg&chz|bacon, egg&chz)and sometimes the biscuits&gravy. Then with dinner, I get just the regular 1/4lb thickburger or depending on what it is at the time I'll occasionally get their seasonal speciality burgers(Midnight-Moonshine burger|El-Diablo burger|Tex-MexBacon Burger((favorite)) Toppings for the burgers are seemingly usually fresh which makes a big difference. Staff at this location have always been pleasant and...
