The two women on staff the evening of 11/20/2024 around 8pm were disturbing to watch. I walked in to place an order and the first lady turned her back and pretended not to see me. So I opted to order from the kiosk instead.
The banter behind the counter indicated they were trying to figure out which order I placed and the order of another person. When my order was ready, she placed it on the counter without saying a word and turned her back once more.
When the 2nd lady came to the front, they both had their backs turned and cheered each other on stating “that’s how they do us” and “yes, that’s right girl!”. I couldn’t draw from this if they were proud racists or just have issues with truck drivers. Both are offensive to me.
After about 3 mins, the first lady points to the bag on the counter and asked if I ordered from the kiosk. Of course I would not expect someone that’s celebrating placing an order on the counter instead of handing it to me to give me a “have a good night” or a thank you.
Needless to say this location isn’t on my list since they essentially did not serve me. It’s sad to say your workers are thoughtless, mannerless, deviants that lack common courtesy and sense for that matter. They could use additional training or some conditioning on their morals and values before working with the public.
Contacting corporate they receive all of the training they desperately are in need of. Thumbs...
Read moreI don't leave unwarranted arbitrary bad reviews as a general rule. But as a former field grade Army Officer I am well aware of bad attitude with sub texts of indifference disrespect and distain; even to the level of defiantly locking eyes with me during the experience.
My attending security man insisted I call upon the manager and demand my money back.
This young woman, Ivey, had to go out of her way to make sure I understood she was in charge. Additionally, that my mere presence was a bother, indignation and a complete waste of her time to take my order and take my money.
This particular Wendy's is located within 1/8 mile from a Burger King, McDonalds, waffle house and several restaurants within 3/4 mile radius. So to keep store sales up and draw customers other than the attached gas station customers get the service into line with local Southern norms.
The man behind me got the same attitude and poor service. He was notably perturbed and unsatisfied. At 6-3 and 300 lbs he was not accustomed to this treatment.
This woman obviously has been through a rough life so maybe her attitude has been afflicted upon her but has no place in the service industry. Being made to feel subservient, unwelcome and unworthy is no way to entice customers to spend hard earned money...

A sweet lady even came up and told them I had not ordered yet and the front female just responded with I know. There’s seems to not be any manager on duty and apparently none of them knew their names. I’m very disappointed in who hired these 4 young ladies that worked on 06/28 @ 345pm. Once I finally got up to order I let her know I would like the 4 for 4 and she rolled her eyes at me and asked which one. I raised my eyebrow at her and said excuse me and she continued to throw her arms in the air and say there’s like 3 of em or whatever I finally pay and she starts texting on her phone.
