Honestly I have to say this place has given us one of the worst experiences to date with a restaurant. We gave this place 2 tries, the first was horrid, and the second only slightly better. The food is subpar, the customer service is lacking, the organization is completely nonexistent. There is no professionalism at all whatsoever. Our first time was a delivery scheduled for 45 minutes, an hour later we called and were told it was in route. 20 minutes after that we called again and were told it was on the warmer waiting for the delivery driver to get it out, by this time it was 15 before closing time. We asked why we were lied to and got an apology, and the owner delivered our food himself for free. Nice enough, but it was cold, soggy, and spongey from sitting for over an hour.
Second time we opted for pick up. My husband was told we had no order when he went to pick it up. Last name was Evert, Eckerberg was written down. Small mishap, no problem. He got home with the food and got a call from the restaurant that they had forgotten the beef roll and he needed to come back to pick it up, but they would throw in a 2 litre. He said no, and explained this was our second time being disappointed in them and demanded they deliver it, and they did. Our food was done in a timely manner, but somehow the chicken strips were cold and soggy as if they'd sat out for some time. The fried pickles were limp and soggy, the garlic nuggets were stiff and flavorless.
Long story short, we will not spend our money there, nor will we recommend it. We are all about supporting local business, but this is not one. Plus, when my husband walked in and saw the caliber of this establishment's employees, it was no wonder it was nothing but a...
Read moreMy first time eating here. It's a local pizza/pasta joint divided into 2 spaces. There's a family friendly dining room and then there's a room with seating and a bar for adults. We sat in the bar room. We ordered a small spaghetti that came with a loaf of bread. Also we got a medium size all veggie pizza and an order of fried mushrooms as an appetizer. The spaghetti was nothing special, and the sauce tasted canned. The pizza was pretty good. It had quite a bit of toppings and cheese but was lacking a little bit in sauce and flavor but was fresh and hot. The fried mushrooms were probably my fave item I ordered here. The server wasn't overly attentive but our food did come out quite fast. I don't think there are a lot of Italian options to choose from in Princeton but this would liklely be your best bet other than Pizza Hut to order a pizza but order...
Read moreIt has the potential to be a great business! It has a nice location on the North end of town close to the Railroad station. It was short staffed for how busy they happened to be at the time we arrived there. However, the staff was polite, courteous, friendly and rearranged to meet our large groups needs. The food tasted good and I would make a return visit to try something else off the menu. With such a large group, our food came out at staggered times, the appetizers came with the meal and were slightly undercooked and they forgot some ingredients on one of our orders. Other than that, despite being overly busy the staff made sure to check on us regularly. I think that with a few more staff members on busy nights and a larger space to accommodate more customers that this place could do some really...
