My fiance and I were unfortunate enough to have our car breakdown on our way home to Iowa while passing through Prior Lake. We ordered the parts needed to hopefully fix it from O'Reilly's with most of all we had left for money. After about 5 hours of working on the car, we spent the rest of our money and ordered a pizza from the Dominos next door. The pizza was delicious but that is not why I'm writing this review. I'm writing this review because of the kindness shown to us by 2 of the delivery drivers, and I wish I would have gotten their names. The first gentleman offered to help my fiance out with some antifreeze and water for the radiator. Out of his own pocket he purchased antifreeze and gave us $15 so we can put gas in to make it home if we are able to go. Shortly after that another driver came out and brought us a pizza he purchased because we have been here for roughly 8 hours and he thought we were probably hungry. This Dominos is lucky to have such a considerate and kind employees. We are extremely thankful for their kindness and generosity. And I am now a loyal Prior Lake Domino's customer for life. Thank you for the hand up and the yummy pizza. We will definitely...
Read moreI've probably ordered delivery from them a couple dozen times over the past 6 years.
// The Pizza I used to rave about their pizza. It was one of my favorites, but it has really gone down hill over the past year or so. The past few pizzas I received were burnt, thin, and greasy. They looked terrible and tasted terrible. It's really a bummer because they used to be great.
// Delivery The drivers have always been pretty decent in terms of friendliness and being on time. Deliveries have been a bit late a handful of times but I know my address has caused issues in map programs.
// Accuracy They've messed up the order a couple of times. This is kind of a big deal for me, especially when they recently sent me a chicken/onion pizza. As a vegetarian and someone who doesn't like onions in most cases, this is a pretty big miss.
// Accommodating When a company screws up, I typically expect something for the inconvenience (and I shouldn't have to demand it). The best they have done was credit my account or replace the order. That's about the minimum a...
Read moreThis location is the closest to our house and we order a delivery a lot,.. If we our friends come ovet or for my son's playdate. It's always Dominos. They're pretty good with their delivery and service until my husband use the points that he earned. They delivered burnt dried pizza, and when he opened the box the slices was all over the place that it seemed like they shake the box for the pizza not to be in place, now my question is why? Why would they do that? We've been a customer for a long time and we give them good tips for the delivery person in exchange for their effort and good service. But why? Maybe it's because its a free pizza? A free pizza that we earned bacause we're a good customer? I don't know, but I hope this would not happen to other people. And to Dominos, you should educate your staff, that was ruddest thing a person can do with the food. Me and my husband made an agreement to NEVER use...
