Pizza N' Pasta — Restaurant in Prior Lake

We order all the time from this place, but tonight was our last. The owner is real treat. I ordered the pizza and was helping a crying baby so my husband answered the door, before I had gotten to the door he had already tipped and signed a credit card slip. So doing what’s right and checking my email that I for sure hit cash and didn’t put it on a card, I called to let them know I owed them money. The owner took the phone while I was explaining it to him and told me I don’t know what I’m talking about. He repeatedly told me my husband never signed a credit card slip there was no credit card slip. I politely explained again the situation and that he tipped so that’s how it was for sure a credit card slip. He then yells at me I don’t know what I’m talking about and There was no slip! Finally I said whatever then, I’m calling because I owe you money. He then says yeah so we need to run your credit card now. I said no I’m paying cash, he argued with me so I hung up. The driver came back and I gave him the money and still a $6 tip if my kid wasn’t hungry and dinner time I would of sent the food back and not paid. I told him his manager was a real jerk I understand people make mistakes but the way the manager talked to me was not ok, he informed me brian is the owner. So thanks Brian the owner for yelling at a customer and arguing with me for your mistake. That’s what you get for being honest with...

Just ordered a pizza, dummies, and cheese bread. Was told would be ready at 5. Plenty of time since the order was like 45 minutes before that. I get there at 5, the guy tells me its just going to be a "few minutes". So it's more like 20 minutes later. I didn't mind that it was late so much, but its super hot im their store. And my chicken dummies set om the top of the pizza over all wrapped up in plastic wrap just steaming for 20 minutes. If the pizza is late, make everything else late. Soggy chicken dummies suck. Was hoping I found a neighborhood gem. First order couple weeks ago was excellent. Had company last weekend and ordered from here again, and the pizza seemed like it wasn't barely even cooked. I see they keep a giant fan in there and its pointed right at the pizza oven. Figured they just had an off night. Tried again today, but seriously disappointed. And it was like they could care less. Could at least offered me a cold drink from their cooler since it was so hot in there and they were the ones making me wait in there. Oh well, the search continues for good pizza...

We have placed the same order with this place about once a week for years. Recently, we had a pickup scheduled for a pizza. We called and changed it to a delivery, due to plan change with our babysitter. Employee who took my call read back the request and confirmed…. Delivery at 5:30pm. 6pm comes and no pizza was delivered, so we called. Manager on the phone gets defensive and maintains they were not supposed to deliver… it was for pickup. We explained it was changed via phone call with other employee. Manager gets argumentative, yells on the phone, unprofessional words and tone over a simple misunderstanding on their end. Instead of owning it, offering a simple apology, and rushing out our pizza, he tell us to “F* off and never order from here again!”

Agreed. We won’t. No one else...
