The place is a DUMP and a sham!!! #1: FREE WIFI is a joke! They would turn it off every 5-10 minutes, then back on after a few seconds to try to keep people from using it, and when I said something about it, they told me exactly that! There was one person there who was actually nice to the customers and the rest of the people, particularly the men, would sit there looking angry like it was a problem you were coming in for service. They sat around and talked about the customers basically right in front of them, in another language so they couldn't understand. They would stare right at them while they talked and made jokes about people and eyed up any pretty female that walked through the door to such an extent that I wanted to take a shower when I noticed it. This is my first time at this location and it will certainly be my last! I got to Dunkin' every weekend (either saturday or sunday), to sit and work for a bit to get away and escape for a bit. I go for my morning coffee and breakfast, and leave a few hours later, grabbing lunch before I leave. ANY other location greeted me with a smile and bid me farewell when I left. I'm sitting here now getting stared down while they mutter in their native tongue. At this point I want to leave and tell them off, but now I'm kinda getting more satisfaction over the fact that it's bothering them so much that a paying customer is sitting in their establishment! There's 2 other location within a 2-4 minute drive from this location, and I advise EVERYONE to take the extra few minutes to go to the other location and avoid this one at ALL COSTS. Give your money to a place that actually appreciates the people responsible for them...
Read moreMe and my daughter were nearby and got thirsty so we went inside to grab a water bottle. Their card reader wasn't working so they only accepted cash, we didn't have any cash. He only said, "well then next time," in a rude unforgiving tone. My bank was right down the street so I went down to get some cash. When I came back there were people in front of me ordering a very large order, which is fine I had no issue with them, but I asked the other worker who seemed to just be lounging around if he could just ring me up real quick since a line was building up and I only had one item. He said, "just a second" then continued to completely ignore me. Afterwards I just asked if it was really necessary to wait so long for just one water bottle, and he immediately responded saying that I didn't need to wait and could have left. The customer service here was horrible! I'm not expecting a 5 star quality experience but seriously some basic etiquette...
Read moreThe DD in Prospect Park I have it another try and I swear there is something off when I go in today I order 6 donuts and a large ice coffee and I requested that it be filled with milk half way in a large cup because it makes the French vanilla swirl super sweet. She began speaking in her native language which is fine but not when you're talking about me and making it obvious speaking to the man and looking at me snd then asked if this was my first time here and I said NO and she was like are you sure and I said yes why what's the problem is there one and she was like no. I don't get what the deal was with this exchange as it jas had me baffled all day. Now I know I'm not returning there then again I may and order the same thing perhaps they didn't want to use the requested...
