I drive down Chester pike almost daily on my way to and from work and have been for years and never really noticed this primo hoagies until about the last month or so no matter what time of day i would pass it the parking lot would be packed with cars and sometimes even a line out the door which instantly made me want to stop and see why but figured i didnt have the time to wait in such a crowd until my coworker and i were deciding where to eat for lunch when she suggested primos after explaibing how i didnt feel like spending my hour lunch break waiting for a hoagie she assured me that this one isn't likeshe t they are under new management and really seam to care about what they are serving and who they are serving she said and after arriving it was clear what all the fuss was about we were immediately greated with a friendly employee who actually made me feel like she was excited to serve me i was surprised how quickly we got our food and didnt even mind waiting for my coworkers chicken to cook as i was really enjoying hearing all the great specials they run and signing up for there vip club and i when we got back in the car i was hesitant to unwrap it afraid it was gonna fall everywhere but nope they made it as if they new we were messy eaters this hoagie had a ton of meat and some of the freshest veggies i will definitely be back we may have found our...

Tried to order sandwiches on way home from work after a long day. I called 4-5x5xs. Wouldn't answer phone 45 min before closing. Showed up to get some sandwiches with 20-25 min left until closing. They literally didn't want to take my order. When I waited and said I had been calling for at least a half hour. Then said I couldn't have anything hot. Then cold ham and cheese was an issue. You make sandwiches right? That is your business... The guy in the back, who apparently makes the sandwiches just didn't want to work. The girl kept apologizing. At least she was nice. They literally just stood there looking at me in dead silence - AWKWARD...until I said forget it and walked out. It was ridiculous. I wish I could act like that at work. Very apparent you don't want or need my business. I will be sure to order my season football game food elsewhere. Next time answer the phone and say you aren't taking any more orders and lock the front door if you are closing a half hour early. What has happened to any kind of customer service? You need to visit Mike and Emma to see how to treat customers! Maybe the owners or managers can take you on a class trip a few blocks over to see how real business owners treat valued customers. Heck, they treat you better...

I’D GIVE PRIMOHOAGIES, PROSPECT PARK, ZERO, NONE, 0 STARS IF I COULD! Spent $25- got a Primo, which is equivalent to a half a hoagie anywhere else, and a small, which was THE WORST. It was ripped, not cut apart, had the circumference of a child’s wrist, and 3 thin slices of meat, one piece of cheese, and looked like a dog’s dinner. I called the following day and spoke to the RUDEST manager. She informed me it should be small- it’s MADE ON A KIDS’ ROLL!?!?!? When I said the roll being ripped open wasn’t the only issue- it was also the lack of sandwich innards, she continued to interrupt me. When I finally said, “Excuse me, please let me talk,” She said, “ I AM NOT BEING RUDE TO YOU, SO DON’T BE RUDE TO ME!” What??? I wasn’t being rude- but I did want to speak. I promised her I will NEVER PATRONIZE PRIMO HOAGIES ANYWHERE, EVER, and I would write a review, so here it is. If you want a good hoagie, go to ROMA DELI, and you won’t even be able to eat the whole sandwich, they are so bountiful and full. Oh, and they don’t use...

Very disappointed at the quality and portion of meat on my sandwich. I ordered the crusher with extra mayo and there was barely any on my sandwich, I had one whole shooter, the rest were just cut up peppers (the crusher comes with pepper shooters). I would NOT recommend or go there again. Hardly any Turkey on the sandwich, they used to pack them with plenty meat. Cost has gone up and quality has gone way down.
