Read moreTried to order sandwiches on way home from work after a long day. I called 4-5x5xs. Wouldn't answer phone 45 min before closing. Showed up to get some sandwiches with 20-25 min left until closing. They literally didn't want to take my order. When I waited and said I had been calling for at least a half hour. Then said I couldn't have anything hot. Then cold ham and cheese was an issue. You make sandwiches right? That is your business... The guy in the back, who apparently makes the sandwiches just didn't want to work. The girl kept apologizing. At least she was nice. They literally just stood there looking at me in dead silence - AWKWARD...until I said forget it and walked out. It was ridiculous. I wish I could act like that at work. Very apparent you don't want or need my business. I will be sure to order my season football game food elsewhere. Next time answer the phone and say you aren't taking any more orders and lock the front door if you are closing a half hour early. What has happened to any kind of customer service? You need to visit Mike and Emma to see how to treat customers! Maybe the owners or managers can take you on a class trip a few blocks over to see how real business owners treat valued customers. Heck, they treat you better...
Read moreI’D GIVE PRIMOHOAGIES, PROSPECT PARK, ZERO, NONE, 0 STARS IF I COULD! Spent $25- got a Primo, which is equivalent to a half a hoagie anywhere else, and a small, which was THE WORST. It was ripped, not cut apart, had the circumference of a child’s wrist, and 3 thin slices of meat, one piece of cheese, and looked like a dog’s dinner. I called the following day and spoke to the RUDEST manager. She informed me it should be small- it’s MADE ON A KIDS’ ROLL!?!?!? When I said the roll being ripped open wasn’t the only issue- it was also the lack of sandwich innards, she continued to interrupt me. When I finally said, “Excuse me, please let me talk,” She said, “ I AM NOT BEING RUDE TO YOU, SO DON’T BE RUDE TO ME!” What??? I wasn’t being rude- but I did want to speak. I promised her I will NEVER PATRONIZE PRIMO HOAGIES ANYWHERE, EVER, and I would write a review, so here it is. If you want a good hoagie, go to ROMA DELI, and you won’t even be able to eat the whole sandwich, they are so bountiful and full. Oh, and they don’t use...
