Little Hut Sandwich Shop — Restaurant in Ridley Township

Little Hut Sandwich Shop used to be my place to go for great food at decent pricing. That was all good until I ran into a situation with a delivery driver who decided to not only move up to allow parking on the street, but then stared at me like I did something wrong. Afterwards proceeded to get out of the car while staring at me visibly motioning to move up and then ignoring me, parking in at least 2 spots. This forced me to choose to either parallel park or to park temporarily illegally someplace else.

He then stared at me when I entered, and smirked as he was leaving, forcing me to move my parking spot after I ordered while he wistfully left for another delivery.

When I told the cashier what she could do to help me would be to "tell that guy to f* off for me." Since I was justifiably furious at this point, she explained that it was one of her delivery drivers and then asked me what I was ordering.

No apology, no care for anything. Nothing. Not a care in the world for what just happened. Well, you got it today on 04/11/2019 will be the last salad I order from you. I can easily get a salad with protein on top of it from anybody else who respects their customer base.

Hello Google Family! I ended up here, searching for a breakfast spot. I really wanted Chinese food, but they, the spot didn't open up until 11 am. I purchased hash browns, because they didn't have any other option that I wanted. No waffles or pancakes, or no meat options for breakfast such as turkey bacon or sausage.. They had more lunch options. The breakfast options were egg and cheese, ham egg and cheese, bacon egg and cheese, pepper egg and cheese, sausage egg and cheese and steak egg and cheese. The lunch options included hoagies, steaks, cold sandwiches, salads, quesadillas, wraps, wings, burgers, chicken cutlets, hot sandwiches and triple decker clubs. There was seating available. I did not visit the restroom. A nice sized area to eat and I counted about 3 or 4 tables. Amy, was the employee that waited on me. She was in great shape and her arms were beautiful. She worked out at the gym nearby. I told her that I was a fitness person as well. Good night Google Famly. The hash browns were two in a pack and...

Good hoagies. From philly, born and raised so I know what a hoagie should be. Exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and quantity of meat. Could due with more veg; but that’s just me and something I typically ask for ( heavy on the veg). They messed up my order once and were more than accommodating when I called about it. Always super friendly and courteous which is a lost skill in 2017.

I appreciate their efforts. On my very first visit I came with my school aged son and his friend, the order taker comped them 1 free bottled soda each (with a selection of flavors you can only get in Philly area). Needless to say those suburban Delaware kids were super excited to trying Franks cream soda for the first time.

As an adult from philly living across state lines nostalgia is always a good thing.
