Have eaten at other Marcos and loved it, but will not go to this one for a long time. After waiting 1.5 hours for food delivery (it's the weekend it's busy, okay), called to get an order status update. Was told there was only 2 delivery drivers so I could either wait a good amount longer or pick it up myself. I had a family including two hungry kids at home so I decided to just lose the delivery fee and pick it up. When I get to the location, I am told the delivery driver just took off with our food and was heading to our house. (Yet somehow I beat him back on a one-lane street?) The pizza was cold, we did not get the sauces we ordered, and the pizza barely looked edible with giant air bubbles all over it. In fact we ended up making another run to grab fast food for the kids since they were going to go hungry rather than eat the pizza. The workers who I interacted with were very nics and apologetic, but that does not mean the experience was not awful. There were only 2 younger employees in the store on a Saturday night and only 1 or 2 delivery drivers (was given conflicting accounts). That is at least part of the problem and is definitely not sustainable.

I picked up my order of 5 pizzas and 1 cheese bread. As I opened the door, I felt the hot garlic butter roll down my brand new shirt. Those things explode due to the heat almost every time. The manager was out on delivery, and the 400 kids manning the store could only offer a napkin. I got home, and the soggy cheese bread was swimming in garlic butter. The 3 garlic butters ordered were not in the cheese bread. Someone had saw that they exploded and removed them! No one would take responsibility. I am out a shirt and 3 garlic butters. May not be going back.

I ordered a “white cheesy” pizza it showed up at my door and was just bread and cheese. not even close to what’s on the menu. they told me the would refund my order.. next day nothing and when I called they told me they had forgot to refund it and now it was too late and there was nothing they could do🤬 On top of that, the cheese and bread they delivered About an hour and a half later was cold as all hell… it was a half-and-half pizza instead the other half would have been fine. Had it not been cold

Never ever go here for pizzas. I first time visited the store for curbside order. Was exited for trying a new pizza store. Downloaded the app it showed a 25% discount for first order with app when I tried it - it did not work saying it’s a web order. So first things first get your apps for customer experience right or stop the app. Take orders on call. I decided to let go for coupon and still have a chance and went for curbside pickup. After 30 mins wait and the app showing order as ready I thought I need to inform that I am here. When I called the store they said “Hey we messed your order, we are making it again”. After 45 mins I got the order and headed back home with hungry kids. When we opened the pizza it was missing crust I had mentioned in the order , missing the dips I ordered and was not well done as per order. When I called to inform this I was told I am from other part of the world and need to respect the food and eat it as I got ??? I do respect the food but what about the money I paid for it ? I was told next time when you order curbside make sure to pickup from inside and check the pizza on your own. Well I said I won’t come again and I was told we don’t care if you come or not.

If you can bear all of this and still experience for yourself , your choice ! Never again. I don’t want to waste further time dealing with any feedback at any forums so pls take this review...

This place has terrible service. It was my first time ordering pizza from Marco's and my expected wait was about an hour. I didn't have an issue with that since it's a Friday and to be expected.

I waited until about 15 minutes after the expected deliver time before calling to make sure my order was still coming. They said that the delivery driver was close and it should be there in the next 5 minutes.

Another 20 minutes went by and still no order. I called again and this time they told me that my order had been delivered to a neighbor's house and I was offered the option to go on a scavenger hunt to find my food. What am I paying a delivery fee for if my food is never delivered to me and I'm expected to go get it myself?

After the employee put me on hold for a couple minutes, they then told me that they could remake my order and that it would be another 20 minutes or so. I figured, what the heck, why not? I told them that I would appreciate it if they could just remake the order and deliver it to me.

After waiting another 1 1/2 hours, the second pizza never showed up either, so I had to call to get a refund.

I will not be trying to buy pizza from Marco's again. They lost my business before they...
