We have decided to just move away from this place and find a different one. They service, and staff, are just become so bad!

We have been trying to get glazed donuts around 8-9am+ and they are never in stock. It’s been happening for other donuts as well over the past few months. I have seen reviews here where people pre order and still they run out. The freshness of donuts drops dramatically if you go after say 8ish. We tried to give feedback to the staff and see if they can stock the donuts better but they were just plain rude !! Do yourself a favor and accept that this place is not open for any feedback !!! If you do give them constructive feedback they will pounce on you and make you feel miserable. Below is another review we have a while ago hoping their customer service will improve but it just got worse !!!

Oh yea - please check the final price on your bill and make sure it matches that if online pricing at all times. Will probably give a 2 star still- and hope they change. Do like some of their donuts when you go early morning !

Nice spread. The donuts we bought had a bit of wet dough in the middle in some variety. But others were good.

We asked for a box for 6 donuts and they just gave a plain foam box and when the donuts were inside, they got crushed. Packaging is just so bad, and I believe they do have a special box for 12+ donuts. Please check.

The service is ok’ish. Overall a good shop in a great location. Lots of room to grow in...

I really wanted to give Sugarboy Donuts 5 stars due to their atmosphere and customer service. Their store front is clean and beautiful! The ability to see the donuts being made in the back provides subtle assurance that your breakfast delights are being hand crafted for your palette!

Let’s start with the donut holes. We ordered a dozen of each of their listed 4 flavors: glazed, chocolate, cinnamon, and chocolate sprinkles. They were soft, moist, and delicious to perfection.

For me, donut shops are won are lost based on the chocolate old fashioned donut. The edges should be partitioned so that the break off easily leaving a ring of chocolate covered perfection for the end. This donut was kind of a pressed buttermilk donut with chocolate on top. The donut itself was sweeter than most. It should have been more like a yellow cake with chocolate frosting where the sweetness comes from the frosting itself. So the chocolate old fashioned left something to be desired.

The Apple Fritter was flat and dense like a sugar covered apple pancake. Fritters should rise and be significantly lighter and fluffier inside. Unfortunately, the Apple Fritter also fell flat of my expectations.

The donut textures brought down my over all ranking while the People / Cleanliness /Customer Service were a solid 5+ Stars. You should check them out...

After work I decided to go pick up some donuts for the family and I just remembered that a sugar boy opened up right next to my neighborhood and truly the best donuts I've had by far they brought me back to when I was a child it was so sweets soft Warm. My parents my sisters told me how amazing the donuts were and they have really good deals and coupons whenever you go in it's worth coming here in the morning to get your kids or just yourself something to eat I would definitely recommend this to anybody who lives In prosper and I'm definitely going to be buying loads and loads of more donuts in the future from this location.
