Today is Black Friday, November 29 2024 ... I am just leaving this location it's now 6:26pm and I am going to let you know that I realize kids today have absolutely no idea about work ethic or customer service but I would like to draw your attention to the counter person waiting on customers at the counter ... I think you need to rethink this employee because she needs an attitude adjustment and also needs to be counseled one on one for customer service training.
She knew nothing about the offers from the company app, she made no effort to even explain them because it clearly states that if you spend $1 you get a free Whopper Junior and she ignored my questions. I ordered the Whopper Junior Duo, no onions and heavy mayonnaise. Both were cold and very little mayonnaise. I opened them up in front of her and she started giving me attitude with condescending looks ( she probably doesn't understand what condescending means), they should put her picture in the dictionary near the word.
It's like a party in there, leaning on the counters and making comments while I am still in the restaurant, in my day ... That would be grounds for termination. I explained to her my age and that she needs help if she's going to continue to work waiting on customers. If you don't address these cancers in your business, they continue to spread ... It's all on video, that's why you have security cameras, I never got my free Whopper Junior so help yourself while you watch this sorry excuse for a so called worker failing at her job ... If she is the face of Burger King, God help us.
Both Whopper Juniors were ice cold along with ice cold fries ... So much for flame cooked off even nuked. Food for consumption is supposed to be served 165 degrees ... They would know this if management was certified with serve safe and properly trained it's staff. As a company you had no problem jacking up your prices as a result of COVID to screw customers to pay more for inferior food products, it's time for government inspectors to regulate the quality of the...
Read moreI never write reviews, but I have to get this one off my chest.
I moved into the neighborhood a few years ago and have since been to this location many times, since it's the closest fast-food joint near me. By now, I know there's only a 50/50 chance I get everything I ordered, and that's being generous. Complaining doesn't help, the staff couldn't care less.
But what enrages me the most is this policy they seem to have of telling every single drive-thru customer to park near the front door and wait for someone to bring their food out. Now, I've been asked to do this at other fast-food drive-thrus before, but that's usually on rare occasions to help them manage a long line of customers or prep a large order. This BK, however, asks you to do it EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. No matter what you order, even if there's no one else waiting behind you in the drive-thru. And once you're out front, you sit there waiting and waiting, all the while your food is sitting on the counter getting cold until one of them is free to run it out to you. There's just no way this system is benefiting anybody.
One time I respectfully refused to park up front, pointing out that there was no one behind me and it'd be more convenient for both them and me if I just waited at the window. They insisted that I go park up front anyways because that was their policy, but when I asked them WHY they had that policy, they didn't know/wouldn't say. When I still refused (politely), they seemed visibly upset with me. HOWEVER, I had my order in my hands less than a minute later. I'd never been served faster at that location before or since. I'd just refuse to do it every time, but I prefer my food spit-free.
All in all, this place is in desperate need of new...
Read moreI haven't been to a Burger King for quite some time for many reasons, but this was probably one of the worst experiences yet. I ordered a meal for my children and because I used the word value in front of it, which let's be honest if you are getting a discount for upgrading to a Meal instead of buying individual items it is technically a value, the girl looked at me like I was stupid and said that isn't a thing. Okay you must know your own menu so I go ahead and order the kids separate chicken fries and french fries which comes up to eight and change and then proceed on down the line just to see on the menu that yes there is a chicken fry meal that is also eight and change. Why on earth, in this economy especially, would I want to pay eight and change for a smaller fry and no drink when I can have it all for the same eight and change? So I think okay maybe she's new, I'm going to point it out to her so that she doesn't tell another customer it's not a thing. Girl argues with me over my verbiage. Come on you should know your own product. You're going to fight with a woman in front of her kids over something Common Sense should have told you. Communication in this...
