DASAP — Restaurant in Providence

I cannot say enough about this company. The professionalism and attention to detail with customer service is truly incredible. Prime example, I placed an order and about 20 minutes later I received a text message stating that my order was canceled by the restaurant, and to contact a customer service number if this was an error. Annoyed & hungry - I dialed the customer service number. I truly expected to be connected to an out of state representative. Much to my surprise I was greeted by Felicia, the operations manager who answered the phone, with a pleasant tone. I explained the situation and she put me on a brief hold. She returned less than a minute later with an explanation for the confusion & rectified it immediately. (The wait staff at the restaurant entered my order twice, on accident - so one of them was canceled while original order was being processed. That was the reason for the text & the confusion on my part) I was honestly so surprised it was THAT simple. To have an issue arise, and have it handled immediately & without hesitation - I WISH more companies had the integrity & accountability as DASAP! Best customer service I’ve ever...

I used DASAP for the first time tonight. As an owner of a business myself, I can not say enough about this company!! The website and app are easy to navigate. What I loved about the app was that I wasn’t bombarded with ads, coupons and offers. Not to mention an impressive array of restaurant choices. I was pleasantly surprised to see my favorite upscale restaurant listed as an option ! I selected my restaurant choice, chose my menu option, entered my card information then submitted my order electronically and securely. I was sent an order confirmation, an estimated arrival text, then a phone all when my food was arriving. They were exactly on time! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve placed an order with those “OTHER food delivery apps” and an hour goes by with no communication. I have ordered twice from this local company. I like the service. There was a mistake on my order regarding the bread I ordered from Venda but not sure if Venda grabbed the wrong one or the driver grabbed the wrong one from his orders in the car. But this is not a deal-breaker. Drivers are courteous, well dressed, ordering is easy, delivery is fast. Hoping they expand their restaurant options because I'm tired of GrubHub! Will...
