Veterans Memorial Auditorium (The VETS) — Attraction in Providence

The first I have every been inside. my son's high school rented it for their graduation. beautiful old artwork and detail but it could have been a little more convenient. first floor tickets that we were given were filled even though that should be impossible only a certain amount of seats given out with tickets so we had to sit all the way near the top. We couldn't even see the high school being brought out when all the kids were brought out before going across the stage they were all underneath us where the band was . In the beginning the place was very warm and there were no concessions open for water during a three and a half hour graduation when the place was packed and very unorganized. Also at the end after the graduation everybody was huddling near the main entrance so there were hundreds of people standing in the front you couldn't find people for at least 20 minutes to an hour even over the phone. And there was no parking for this event which had a very large amount of people going to it so we had to park at Providence place Mall which took us over 45 minutes just to get out of the first floor. It was an exciting event to see my son graduate high school but it was a very disorganized event in general for the amount of people that were going on a Thursday at...

Flletwood Mac Rumors was a beyond PHENOMENAL SHOW 10/2/19 from front row balcony seating in such gorgeous historic professionally restored and maintained theater with the most exceptionally courteous and professional staff all around from ticket booth to security to ushers and service staff in the heart of beautiful downtown Providence RI !!..... Rumors put on a show to rival the real Fleetwood Mac shows ive seen in the past with audio, visual and pure energy performance.... I cant recomend this experience enough for band and venue !! Dont get tricked into paying double by ticket agencies.... Buy your tickets directly from VMA Box Office !!.... There aint a bad seat in the house and prices are fair and reasonable if...

Beautiful venue, wonderful Ballet....my daughter & i were so excited today to experience our first professional nutcracker ballet today together for Christmas. But your staff has been beyond RUDE consistantly today.....from the front door to the people seating us! Idc how stressed you all are or how unusual it is (???)to have to dealnwith school aged children....but your nasty staff ruined this experiwnce for us! You should be ashamed, especially at chriatmas time. Treat people like PEOPLE atleast, not a nuisance you have to deal with. 2 stars bc your building, backdrops , costuming and dancers deserve a 10!! But who can enjoy a wonderful show when your already set up to be...
