you know when you go to a new spot and you already can feel that you will become a regular? that is exactly how i felt when i walked through these doors. everything about this place is so freaking quaint and lovely. the exterior of the building reminds me that i am in new england, the inside gives classic retro diner vibes. the food was so delicious and so well priced. we got the chilaquiles and steak entree. and we shared the flan and it was delectable. the server was so sweet and attentive. and we did not feel rushed but it was quick service at the same time. i cannot wait to try all the other yummy items on the menu. oh and how could i forget they make their OWN tortillas in house and i could tell just from looking at them and then almost cried happy tears eating them. the whole place really tasted like i was eating in someone’s home and they made me a hearty,...

As a friend of mine said, "5 stars immediately. Sorry, we don't make the rules." It's hard to understate how delectable and savory all of the food here is - and all for some of the best prices around!! Mexican - american combo. I got the Gringa quesadilla (chorizo, steak, and mozzarella) - the mozzarella was tasty and melty, while the steak was as soft as butter and the chorizo added a nice spice to the whole meal (some pineapple in it as well to add some sweetness). My friend got steak & refried beans over tortilla chips and it was also pretty great.

We went around lunch time, and while it was crowded we got a seat pretty quickly and without much of an issue. The waitress was also very kind! Good parking on the street and in the back. Expect anywhere from $10-20, depending on how hungry you are.

Such an adorable little diner with classic breakfast foods and some excellent Mexican options as well! We got the huevos rancheros and the huevos divorciados and a couple of "Mexican pancakes" with dulce de leche and condensed milk. The food was delicious and just made me feel cozy and happy - the napolito salad on the side of the huevos divorciados was tangy and crunchy and the pancakes were perfectly moist and fluffy! Love the pretty mugs and the brightly colored booths too. If you're looking for a classic cheap diner or some simple Mexican fare this is a lovely place to find it! Not too crowed on a weekday mid-morning, I suspect if you get there early you might find some sweet regulars. The service was also great and the ambience exactly what you'd hope for...
