I was a loyal customer until today. I placed an order online for 31$. I was going to pay cash but it didn’t allow me to this time, so instead I payed with my card. When the delivery driver arrived everything went smooth. 20 minutes later, my daughter says mom I forgot to hand him the money. Mind you, I’m extremely exhausted and had forgotten that I’d already paid with my card online. There I go, feeling bad for the driver and I called this dominoes location. A guy picks up and I tell him that my daughter forgot to hand him the money and that I didn’t want the driver getting in trouble, that if they could send him back. He asked me what was the address and then HUNG up on me. I called back a few minutes after checking my receipt, realizing that my order WAS paid for and I clearly heard when someone at Dominoes picked up the phone and hung up.
10 minutes later, I get a call and the same guy that hung up on me told me,”Hey the driver’s outside.” I told him that I had called back and idk if it was him who I’d talk to previously and hung up but that I had called again to let them know my order HAD been paid, with my card- and that someone hung up AGAIN. He just said oh ok, thank you.” I could hear it in his voice that he was nervous because I caught on to what he was planning on doing.
I KNOW for a fact he thought he’d be getting some extra money because they already had proof in their system that I had paid. They lost me as a customer. I’m beyond disappointed that he had the audacity to hang up on me 2x’s and then to stay quiet so I could hand the driver another 31$… that would’ve been 62$.
People like that shouldn’t be working in any franchise. If I would’ve handed them the money they would’ve gladly taken it and not said a word to me. Honesty is better than trying to rip off a loyal customer or anyone in general. Never ordering...
Read moreToday 5/20 @ 9: 55pm I placed an order online, order # is 1775. The store was 1010 Chalkstone Ave Providence, RI 02908. I called the store at 10:25pm checking the status of my order, the website said that my order was delivered. The manager did not give me his name but stated that my driver had multiple orders and would be there soon, I called back at 10:55 pm and was told my order would be there in 17 minutes. I went outside at 11:12pm and waited for driver until 11:25pm. I then reach out the store and was told that my order was not delivered due to phone not being answered. I ordered contactless when i stated that he said we don't leave food which confused me, its contactless. I am never called. I was then told it was my fault and too bad. I asked for manager he stated he was, his name was Samuel, refused last name. App states manager on is Marco. I called back to ask for Marco and was told he isn't there. I want a phone call asap; this person is a bad rep of your company.

Read moreI actually order from this place all the time ‘monday the 12th at 12:30 pm 2019 I called for a pizza like 45 min ago accidentally put the wrong phone number but I had my address and a working doorbell , I called after 30 min when the tracker on the app was almost full I called and a miserable female picked up and told me her driver doesn’t get out of his car passed 12am , wich is ridiculous because that’s part of his job and we live in ri there is 0 crime involving pizza guys and overall one of the lowest crime rates in the u.s.a I told her I understood and had a working doorbell she proceeded to give me attitude and excuses instead of sending a new pizza I would have gladly paid for but it seems to me like she didn’t want to work or be bothered and like she was doing me a favor so I decided to keep my money and eat something else , I’ve ordered from there twice in one day from two different apartment floors in one house , safe to say they lost me as a...
