Caliente Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Providence

If you ever want food, go inside and order. Because if you make an order for “pick up” you will be in that imaginary line forever! They’ve been in service for a while and they cannot make clear “signs” or “posts” of where to pick up your order or simply to get in line. It is a horrible mess! Once I was able to actually get attended to pay for the food which I ordered to be picked up by myself, IT WAS COLD AS A BRICK! People kept cutting me because they are no signs of where to go, and the lady never attended me until everyone else who came after I got there was served. AND THIS HAS HAPPENED MANY MANY MANYYYY times…. Simply unacceptable… never...

So apparently the signs for prices is wrong. Although my order for Taco 007s was the same. I asked the young lady if she charged taxes on my rice before the tax... She literally said yes. She stated that the $2.50 small rice and beans is $3.00 and that it was changed in the system. Whatever..Everyone is always scamming people. And having to ask the young man to change his gloves as he was dragging his fingers across the counter, was insane. I was standing there looking at board. The atmosphere is a lil dirty as the parking lot.is filthy. I will never even give this place...

I've ordered twice from your establishment, both times my order was incorrect today I ordered 2 taco shell salads and a steak n cheese sub, both taco shell salads didn't have rice and online it says it comes with rice, the steak and cheese was plain, online when I ordered it says it comes with lettuce ,tomatoes, mushrooms, etc I called the restaurant and was hung up on if I'm paying for food I want what I am paying for!! The food is good but the establishment is lacking customer...
