Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Providence

Too bad there isn't an option to post pictures. I guess I will have to save my pictures for social media. Our pepperoni pizza was inedible. It was burnt, no signs of cheese and maybe they used a whole teaspoon of sauce on it. Also, for some unknown reason, it had something on it...like red pepper flakes and our mouths were on fire. Our next pizza...cheese pizza on a pretzel crust. Again, I am being generous when I say they used a teaspoon of sauce on this pizza too. And get this...they didn't even slice it. Try serving an unsliced pizza to two kids and two adults. Very dry. ONLY 2 good things...the receipt says "Sthefany" was my cashier and she was nice and friendly and the pretzel crust alone had good flavor. Order Number - 6311 520 0 Bottom Line - Hope saving a couple of pennies on cheese and sauce is worth losing a customer and bad reviews on social media with pictures. You are a Pizza Restaurant - Train your employees to make PIZZA. I'm so tired of throwing money...

I went to this Little Ceasars about a week ago, reading the bad reviews but hoping my experience​ wouldn't be as bad. Unfortunately the reviews are true. I had to wait about 15 minutes for their "hot and ready" pizzas even though I just ordered a regular cheese and pepperoni (ironically I chose basic options to save time). Not only were orders provided out of order so some customers had to wait longer than others who had just walked in, there were employees arguing with each other about whether they should wait to hand out pizzas to everyone at once or give them out individually. It's one thing if the food isn't ready (which they advertise it is), it's another if they're purposely delaying the process. The food was decent and the physical location is about what you'd expect for $5 pizza, but the wait times and the service leave a lot...

If the manager keeps hiring young teens that don't like to work, don't want to, or just don't like the job needs to stop hiring these kind of kids because that's all I see since I've ate here. Dropping pans in front of customers and not sanitizing it right Ithat I seen was my final straw! Usually it takes 30min to get a pizza and crazy sticks. I even tried ordering on the app the wait said a good 20min but when I got there it wasn't done still. I think this location needs a better team of employees down To the manager.
