Maxeñita cafe food truck — Restaurant in Providence

So dang delicious! I found this place by accident, but return on purpose. Everything is prepared so skillfully, well presented in both flavor and composition. I'd never had shucos before --those were basically a revelation! And the folks running it are super nice. They have a chill comfy canopied outside picnic table area to eat in when you get your meal.
