If I could give this place zero stars I would! We waited over an hour for 4 sandwiches and there were only 5 other people in the entire place! I ordered the tomato mozzarella basil sandwich and it came out with no tomato. When I told them, they said, “oh you wanted tomato on it?” There was a total language barrier and when we told them the steak and cheese was cold and over cooked, the said, “ I know I’m sorry.” But didn’t take it off the bill. It’s loke they had no idea what we were saying. When I told the waitress we were ready to order some sandwiches, she said, “ok, 4 sandwiches” and tired to walk away. She had no idea what I was talking about. I had to try to explain that we wanted four different sandwiches. I also ordered chicken tenders for my one year old as soon as we sat and it took 35 minutes for the worst chicken tenders I have ever eaten. When my mom asked for mayo, they brought her yogurt in a black plastic cup that looked like it came from someone else already eaten plate! It was disgusting! It was legit half filled and looked like someone had already eaten from it! It was the worst dining experience I have ever encountered. I am not a picky eater and I have a lot of patience but this was ridiculous. When we asked how much longer, they just kept saying, “two minutes, I’m sorry” over and over again. I went on a Saturday morning around 9-930. I ordered food off the menu and paid and it's after I pay that the lady tells me the food won't be ready and she doesn't know how long. I wasn't in a rush but I had somewhere to go. They returned my money and everything was fine. So I returned the next day on a Sunday at 10-10:30am. I walk in the door and go to the counter and the 2 waitresses pretty much ignored me for 10min before taking my order when they felt they were ready. Which is no problem until again the same food was not ready. Also the waitress told me the one egg sandwich I ordered instead of what I originally wanted will take 15min to make! And she only told me that after me asking. Then tried to tell me this place wasn't a fast food restaurant. I don't know any place ever who takes 15min to make an egg sandwich with premade bacon. On top of that when I tried to order what I originally wanted from their menu they wouldn't even exchange a side for freaking bread. Which would be cheaper then what I order and they were telling me they couldn't help. So I asked for my money back and they were so desperate to keep my money that they gave me a sloppy sandwich that also wasn't what I ordered. So then I had to go back inside for them to fix it and the food wasn't even good. Nor was the food portion decent. A large bread with one tiny egg and one slice of deli meat isn't worth almost $7. After searching high and low for a place to get something to eat my friend and I decided to try this place since it looked so nice on the outside. The inside didn't disappoint either. Beautiful, cozy atmosphere. There were a few people catching up with old friends, and someone on a business lunch. They had low tables, high tables and comfy seats.

Walking up I was torn with what I wanted. Like most people the prices shocked me. I scanned for something cheaper and found the first breakfast sandwich which had real egg, cheese, ham and bacon. I chose to get it on a croissant. ($5). I also saw they had an iced caramel swirl latte advertised on the menu for $3.49 for a 20 Oz. When I cashed out my total was over $10. When I saw my receipt, I saw they charged me for a latte $3.99 + a flavor syrup 75¢. Yikes! The man at the counter was nice enough to refund me the difference, but I wonder how many people get overcharged for that? Seems the register doesn't match their menu prices, so beware!

I liked that they brought our food to us. When my latte came I was surprised at how much sugar was in my cup, when I didn't ask for sugar. To remedy this I asked for a second cup. Much tastier after no sugar in it.
