New china chinese restaurant — Restaurant in Providence

Good customer service, fast delivery, the rice here is very good😋 but everything fried is ether too over fried / burnt or way too under cooked. always to saugy, cakey, hard or have the left over food texture wich has made me very unsatisfied for the last 2 to 3 times i ordered so as convenient as it is to be so close by. Ordered an L8/shrimp and broccoli ,got the food home and to my surprise they had the nerves to serve baby shrimp that looked like canned shrimp, sauce that the shrimp were in was watered down like soup, the rice had No meat on it. Didn't eat 1/4 of the lunch before i threw it away out of disgust and ended up eating crackers for lunch. NEVER will i purchase anything from this restaurant again, Not even a canned soda !!!!!! Terrible food. Common issue with this place but never this bad. Top was off both of my items and sauce was spilt all over the bag. When calling the store they said “we’ll send our driver to pick up the order” after they knew it was thrown away. Terrible customer service. The employee of the phone complained we live “far away” while paying their ridiculous delivery fee and tipping well. Definitely will bring our business to the many other places with better...
