Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Proviso Township

I'm never coming to this location again. It's not acceptable to tell everyone it is a 10 minute wait when in fact it's 25.or more. When I asked about it, it was constant complaining as they were helping everyone else and letting me know actively that they were behind but not acknowledging it.

It is not okay to deflect and Gaslight someone in a different language. When I went to get the pizza almost 30 minutes later the person proceeded to leave to the back have someone else give me an incorrect bag speak something else in Spanish and laugh about it and then come give me the order without any eye contact notes or apologies after deflecting and gaslighting and making me wait without even giving me a heads up when I gave eye contact and tried to catch attention. Did not matter everyone else was walking in in front of me and it was as if I was invisible.

There is little organization or even respect if you don't speak spanish, it's maybe a bit rude to keep talking around those and ignoring them at the same time. I left feeling disrespected and...

She takes my pizza and we share an awkward 5 minutes only for her to ask with a snotty attitude "so are you gonna pay for it"? I told her yes, as soon as the cashier ring me up for it. I ordered through Uber eats, my pizza gets to my house and it completely u cooked and falling apart, I called and he said it may have been a pizza from the morning which I asked for mine to be well done. It was not well done, my pizza and stuffed crazy bread were u cooked, I then have to spend $20 on top of $30 I paid for the Uber eats to Uber to the restaurant to get a new order, the pizza is still doughy and falling apart and completely greasy.
