The worst shopping experience of my life, (zero stars)

When i made the purchase, the salesperson assured me that I would have my furniture at home within two weeks at the most, which wasn't the case. More than a month has passed, and my furniture never arrived. I called several times to find out the status of my purchase.

And these people's response was that they would call me back, but they never did. So I had to call again to find out when it would arrive, and they only told me it would arrive in the next two days. Several days went by, and I still didn't hear anything. As proof, I attach this receipt where you can see the date when i purchased my furniture. It has been more than a month. I called again, but they didn't answer the phone anymore. As soon as I called from a different number, they answered, and their reaction was quite rude., evasively, with no answer at all about which one day the furniture is coming. and So I had to respond rudely as well. I asked them if they had forgotten to place my order at the factory , or something else happened .. so, if they would have said the truth for sure I would understand , but it looks like they were lying to me the whole time, and their reaction was very disrespectful. So I decided to ask for my money back. yesterday I called for picking up my money cash , and they told me I could come to the store. When I arrived, the person in charge didn't have the money and the owner wasn't there. Once again, they disrespect their customers and their time. Off course, I got angry. so I had to come back again couple hours later and They finally returned my money, but it was a totally waste of time and the worst experience. I Don’t recommend...

Vary clean inviting store. Excellent listening of needs. Expediently led me to a choice that was on sale and just perfect. Delivery expedient due to a special need I had and just who could ask for more, Alright KINDNESS . I’m Sorry for this one review I read not favorable .
