I have been coming to taco patio for over 8 years. I ordered enchiladas from here tonight because I hadn’t had them in a while. The ones I remembered were delicious, came with green sauce and had shredded chicken. But since they had a change of staff the enchiladas are absolutely awful. They had huge chunks of chicken and so much cheese I couldn’t even tell there was a tortillas in my enchiladas and they only gave me two instead of three like the dinner was suppose to come with smh. The rice was dry and disgusting and the customer service was completely awful. Instead of their cashier being empathetic and giving me a refund when I nicely and respectfully told him I wasn’t a fan of the enchiladas. He was very hostile with me over a measily $13 meal and told me they would not give me a refund and I would have to “come back tomorrow” or I have to order something. I ended up just leaving because I will never spend my money on this awful low quality restaurant ever again. They can keep my little $13 dollars and their awful food...
Read moreI had been a customer of this restaurant for many years. The food is always good. But when someone has a business, they should always put customer service first.
The guy who normally takes orders at the counter (I think he is the owner) was very rude the last time my daughter and I was there. I don't know if he was having a bad day. But while we were ordering, he actually rolled his eyes and waved his hand as if to say "hurry up and place your order". Very rude. When I rate a business, I always include the customer service experience. And this was right after the businesses re-opened after the Covid-19 stay at home order was lifted for the restaurants. Never take your customers for granted. Many businesses were unable to reopen and actually went out of business, so Taco Patio should be more respectful and grateful they are still...
Read moreFantastic, flavorful, well seasoned, freshly made to order tacos. The steak and chicken tacos are incredibly flavorful. The meat is very tender. They put cilantro and onions on their tacos. I always ask for rice but without cheese. Otherwise, melted authentic Mexican cheese is on top of rice. Service is very fast, friendly and hospitable. You can eat at the restaurant or carry out/take out. It's clean. It's small. It's comfortable. It's not very modern, but I don't eat here for the ambience. The restaurant has been in business for over 25 years! I don't live anywhere near this family owned restaurant, but I make the drive here from the city. It's well worth the drive. They accept cash, debit and credit cards. It is reasonably priced too. Two tacos and a side of rice is a little over $10 -- tacos are loaded with...
