Sharks Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Proviso Township

I see this a new location and never had sharks before so I stopped in. Work takes me past this often so I wanted to see what the hype about. First thing I notice is the service. Workers are disrespecting lobby customers and when it came time to take my order. The worker didn’t say anythin and stared at me. I said hello and no response. Just a dead scary look at me. Complete silence while I ordered and only stated my amount owed and nothing else. Paid and got my receipt and waited. Service makes me nervous. I wouldn’t recommend walking into this establishment. Maybe order then come in for a fast pick up to avoid the awkward waiting. Price seems a bit high. It’s the most I’ve paid for a gyro in a long time. Presentation was ok. Food taste was good. Kitchen is new and visible to watch workers prepare. I think I would rather go down the street for anything else. I love sharks, but not this location. I placed my order by phone and when I arrived, the attendant said that he couldn’t find my order And I likely came to the wrong location. Long story short, he learned that he did something wrong on the backend and my order was there. After leaving with my order, I realized I didn’t have a Pop. I called to ask if it was included in the combo and the attendant left me on the line. The next time I called he sent me to voicemail. the following time I called He left me on the line again while talking to another employee. I waited a while and he never came back to the line either time. It would’ve been fine to just say I was supposed to grab one or that he forgot to add it and I would’ve been fine. First of all my Family goes to this shark's all the time. So when my sister wanted shark's I actually wanted to go to another one. But she wanted to go to this one. Couldn't make up our minds about what we wanted because we were feeding a lot of people. So this must of upset the person behind the counter taking orders. He blurts out OMG! My first thought was to walk out and go to 1 of the 3 other shark's in the area. But because my sister was with me and it was her birthday dinner. I went on and got it anyway. Then get it home not RIGHT ask for the fish and chicken to be out in separate pans because of food allergies.
