Super Taco Express #1 — Restaurant in Proviso Township

I'm disappointed in the service I received this evening. I've been coming here since they opened in my area. I called in my order after googling the city and name as I always do. I get there to find out it was made at their new location which I knew nothing about. I checked the location to ensure I was calling the right place. Me calling the wrong location (if I did)isn't a big deal, but having an owner turn away a long time customer over a burrito is poor customer service. I could see if it was a large special order or catering order. I specified that I did not want to leave and go to their new location as I've never had the food there and just wanted to order there. He refused to make my order because he said his wife already made my burrito at the other location. Even if I had made the mistake that's not how you treat a customer over a $10 order. Not only are you losing the food made, but $$ at this location and a customer which is way more costly. It's really silly when you think about it because if it's the same franchise you still get the money if I order here and the burrito could have still been sold at the other location because I didn't make any changes to how it's made. He's usually pretty hospitable, but I'm truly disappointed in the service tonight. As a business owner, I can attest to the fact that customers may not always be right but you don't want them leaving dissatisfied if you can help it. I ordered a burrito (Steak) without thinking anything of it. The persons who took my order says "oh, sorry that the burrito is small... that's because you ordered it without the veggies, you only have steak, beans and cheese. Had you ordered it with everything on it you would have had a bigger burrito" so in other words. They fill it up with nothing but veggies to make this thing big. I'm a cook and have worked For previous restaurants before and I've never have heard such a thing to save on meat. My first time and only time I'll come here again. I don't recommend it and to much fat on the meat as well. They don't use Skirt Steak either!

The best thing is just ask for more meat if you go my way and they'll probably just charge you extra. I would have paid for it since the meat did taste good though...

I got Al pastor tacos. Tell me why they gave me 1/20th of a lime for 3 tacos. Al pastor isn’t even that good. Like how petty can you be??? Not even 1/4th a lime???? My horchata was ALL ice, and the ice tasted freezer burned. The size of the drinks compared to other place is small already why make it worse with ice? Nastyyyyy.
