Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Proviso Township

If I could give them zero stars I would. They have loss me as a customer. This not the first time they messed my order up but definitely the LAST TIME. On April 10th I went there because my daughter had a play date so we wanted to bring pizza. One for the kids and one for the adults. I orederdythe pizza online like I normally do. One Large Cheese and Sausage and One Large Pepperoni and bacon. I called to see were they ready because my daughter bus came. They said yes so I went to get it. I never checked the box before I left the store. Which I normally do but I was in a rush. When we got allllllll the way south(Merrionette Park) I notice the pizza looked horrible. The crust was HUGE the body of the pizza was so thin. You would think I ordered thin crust. The pizza looked old and burnt. I WAS TOTALLY EMBARRASSED. If I could post a pic of what these pizza looked like. They should be ashamed of their self. I called to speak with the manager he had an nonchalant attitude so I called Corporate. The absolute worst experience EVER! I will never patronize the restaurant ever again! I placed an online order at 5 o’clock and had an estimated time of 35-45 minutes. At 6 o’clock I called back to get an eta on my food as was told that it is on the way. Well at 7 o’clock I called back and was told that I accidentally put the wrong number on the order and that the driver left. I asked why didn’t the driver ring my doorbell and the guy on the phone (Juan) got extremely agitated. He said he will have the driver to come back I said ok can we make sure the food is hot. He said that the food would not be hot and before I could respond he hung up. I called back and was immediately place on hold were a waited for maybe 10 minutes. The manager Juan finally answered and told me that he had already cancelled my order and that he no longer had a delivery driver..the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to..if I could the place 0...

This was the worst service I’ve ever gotten. I ordered my pizza online and apparently it didn’t go through however I got a notification in my bank account that they charged me for my pizza $30. I called them and they wouldn’t accept my order or being making my order until I proved to them that I actually purchased the pizza. I thought the customer was always right! So I went and showed I showed them that I got charged! When they made the pizza they took forever. It was originally going to take 20 mins but we waited 40 mins! During the time I was there I noticed they would always put the customers on hold on the phone and would never answer back. They were constantly Going in and out of the restaurant when they had orders to fulfill. Also when I was there one of the staff member put their hand under his shirt and scratched his lower belly while spreading the garlic butter on a pizza! I am not planning to go...
