Cool. First review. I was determined to find a couch and if I liked it a lot, I was planning to purchase it at the moment because I’m tired of couch shopping and wanted to get it over with. When I conversed with the owner, I found a couch I liked. He said he can get his delivery guy to send it over to my place the following night. I was happy to hear that. When I had ask him what time the store close he told me to not worry about it and to take my time. So I was assuming they were gon close later on a Sunday evening. They didn’t have store hours displayed. I told him I want the couch tonight and that I will get cash and he said “sure.” I even verbally told him my address. Guess what. I went back and the store was closed. What in the world. I live far and I don’t have time to go back. I can’t believe they closed on a customer after making a deal. And they don’t even have a number for this store that I can search up to express my disapppointment. But here’s a review. One star for horrible...

I called the furniture store, and spoke with Mr. Mo and explained how long my daughter has been waiting for a living room set. Every time she found a couch she liked online or through other furniture stores, her order would cancel. After months of waiting, Mr. Mo was extremely helpful. Not only did my daughter fall in love with her sectional at his furniture store, he delivered an entire living room set to my daughter apartment the next day. This is what I call upstanding costumer service. Mr. Mo I'm beyond thankful for your attentiveness and going above and beyond for your customers.
