😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 the food is a good for a little diner, but Based on my experience today this is getting a one star! I have been coming to this restaurant for years and today was one of the worst experiences I have had in a long time. I usually don't do google reviews, but in this case it's acceptable! We ordered our food through the drive thru and my kids always love to get a shake with their meal, the lady told me the wait would be 15 min or more, I was understanding of the wait time. When I got my food and shakes the shakes we're completely melted! I asked the lady if they could make new ones since we were handed melted shakes and she told me to hold on, another lady came to the window and told me there was nothing they could do because the manager wasn't there. I then asked if I could just get a refund since they had no manager on site, very irritated she stated that she would call the manager to see what they could do. 10 min later I walked in and the lady hadn't even called the manager. A few minutes more passes and the lady pulled money out of the register and said here you go! I asked for the price of the shakes and the lady very irritated She stated "the shakes are like $3", I asked the exact amount and she told me a price, I then asked if there charged me for tax, she then grabbed her calculator in a very irritated manner and told me she did the math correctly, I was confused because she told me they were $2.96 and my refund for three was $ $8.88, the tax didn't add, she then stated in a rude manner that the shakes were $2.75 but with tax it's $2.96.
In conclusion, the lady was out right mean and made me feel like I was in the wrong for not wanting melted ice cream. I hope she finds a new job that doesn't interact with customers because she cost this good company a 1 star for her...
Read moreI saw the web reviews of this establishment, so I thought I'd give it a try. I hit the drive thru and ordered a "Utah's Best" clam chowder, Philly Steak and Cheese, and order of onion rings with two fry sauces (.25 each). I received a cup of clam chowder - not Utah's best or anyone else's. It was like if you made some mashed potatoes and threw a couple of clams in. Not great. Tons of smooshy potatoes, hardly any clams and a bunch of grossness. Nah. The Philly Steak and Cheese sandwich was mostly peppers and onions - diced too small and undercooked. It also included some apparently canned mushroom, way too much cream cheese and disintegrated beef of some kind. It was like a can of dog food mixed with cream cheese and overloaded on a mushy, stale bun. Despite the $6 price tag, I threw it away. The onion rings were tasty and even crispy, but cold. I paid for two fry sauces but only received one - more than enough to accompany the rings and only redeeming factor in my sad Saturday meal. I won't be going back, and have to wonder how much the owners are paying customers for good reviews. There were no customers ahead of or behind me, but this little filthy hovel (bugs infesting the entire exterior) has almost a 5* Google rating. Customer beware - Campell's clam chowder is tastier, and you can make your own Philly sandwiches for cheaper with a much...
