We came here to eat last night, but the lights were off, so we initially thought they were closed. We drove into the drive-thru anyway, since the hours online showed they should be open. As soon as we got to the drive thru, we were happily greeted by one of the nicest people my son and I have ever come across in a drive thru. Like easily top 3, maybe even #1, but it's hard to compare new experiences to those from a while ago.
The person was very friendly and welcoming, and a pleasant surprise to what we thought we were going to encounter. She had us pull up and park near the door as they were waiting on the fries to finish. Within a few min (she quoted us 4min, and that seemed about right) she was on her way out the door to bring us the food. She again was still the same as she was in the drive thru, friendly with a smile on her face.
From the way she carried herself, it was very clear that she is someone who genuinely cares about providing a good experience. This became even more evident when we got home and opened the food to find that everything was organized, stacked, and neatly placed inside the bag, an attention to detail I honestly hadn't seen before.
These subtle actions probably get lost on some people, but as someone who works in Quality, and evaluates employee/customer interactions for a living, they are noticed, and very much appreciated. I can honestly say, it is people like her that make a company what it is, and are the ones with the most power. Their care for the business and the customers are what make people loyal to a brand, which in turn, brings in consistent revenue. It would be wise of companies to realize this, and treat these people accordingly. If I were KFC, I would be doing everything I can to ensure this woman stays with the company for a long time, as people like...
Read moreTerrible experience and customer service. I placed an order online where I got to select a pickup order time (6pm). I also paid in full online for that was the only option. I got to the location where the drive through line was at least 8 cars deep. I ask “manage #1” a young man who was outside the establishment if it was possible to get my already paid for pick up order from inside...he said no drive up only. I continued to wait in line but by 6:30 my husband and I had become very frustrated for the line was not moving. My husband knocked at the door asking to speak with the manager. “Manage #2” a young lady comes out. She informed my husband that she couldn’t give us our food because they “WONT EVEN MAKE” any online orders until you get to the order window and tell them you have an online order!!!! What!!! He asked to speak with manage #1 but he had left the establishment. There was apparently a manager #3 whom refused to come out and offer any sort of solution. We asked for a refund and she told us that this was not an option being we paid online. We were directed to figure out how to call the website and get our refund on our own. Three managers and still poor customer service!!! We called corporate and they informed us that it will be about 3 business day before they will call us back to “file our complaint and...
Read moreUpon arrival there we're at least 6 people waiting on orders, an elderly woman at the register then me next in line. After about 5 minutes it was my turn to order. I told the lady at the register my order of 2 #6s to go, but as I was telling her she left the register to help the one other person working the front line and seemed to have completely forgotten that there was a now growing line she just walked away from. I know things can get hectic in the fast food industry but just walking away from a customer in the middle of providing service isn't acceptable in any line of work. When she finally got back from micro managing we had to repeat our order (not a big deal, I'd forget an order if I walked away in the middle of it as well) and wait 10 more minutes for a total of 6 tenders, 2 bisquits and 2 prepared servings of mashed potatoes, during the wait I noticed that not one employee including the one plating orders was wearing gloves and was alternating between using the keyboards for the computer and running thru doors to the lobby to give customers food they didn't receive when they we're told their order was ready. Also finding a table to wait at that wasn't covered in empty honey packets and breading was next to impossible. Food quality 7/10 Customer service 3/10 Cleanliness 3/10
