I've been occasionally getting coffee here for a year. Got a punch card. A few weeks ago I spent over 15 for a drink and a ham and cheese. I asked for a breve but was given a drink made with 2% and I asked for a lightly toasted ham and cheese croissant. It was BLACK toasted so I asked for another and the gal with the reddish died hair had a fit. Was very rude and made me wait for it after three other customers after me got theirs. I decided to complain. I was told to come get a free replacement. Oh boy was that another rude encounter. A nice employee with blonde hair took over my order. But she went to another employee and was whispering to her by the drive thru window...that employee avoided eye contact with me a talked to me with her eyes down looking the counter.then the black toasted croissant maker that was mad at me had a whisper session with the blonde then she was smirking at me and laughing. Well F you id rather see the half naked Ladies and will be finding a different service provider. Whatever happened to customer...
Read moreThe food is always on point. I’ve given two chances to this store to sweeten my jasmine tea with EXTRA honey. And both times, they tasted unsweetened. What’s the problem? I’m paying for it arent i? How hard is it to pour honey into a cup? It’s ridiculous. Today my husband asked for a large cup of ice FOUR TIMES. They handed him a small, until we had to ask them AGAIN for a large. They didn’t smile literally until we drove away, they weren’t friendly, their customer service sucks. They all seemed like they hated their job. I know we’re all humans but the service is SERIOUSLY lacking. People go out to coffee shops and restaurants not only for the coffee or food but also for a friendly face or at least to not feel like they are being burden for asking for sweetened tea. It’s supposed to be welcoming.
Edit: I just realized I didn’t specify. I have to been to other Solar Toast coffees that provide much better customer service. I’ve only had the bad experience...
Read moreLove solar roast! Only issue I have is, every morning I go before dropping off my son at daycare, which is typically between 6:20 and 6:30, I have to sit and wait at the voice box for five minutes, sometimes longer. It wouldn’t be a big deal if it wasn’t a near every day issue. And today for example, I sat there for seven minutes with no answer. I started to have a line form behind me and a woman had gotten out of her vehicle to go tell someone at the window we were waiting. When she came back she told me that they said they weren’t open until 6:30? Which like I said earlier, I’ve gone before 6:30 nonstop for the past few weeks. So unless the hours changed I’m assuming they just didn't see the line? When I had drove up too, there was a car at the window. Which in my mind makes me think yes, you are open. So I would just pay more attention to whether or not there’s a customer waiting. I drove off today because I didn’t have time to wait on something...
