Was there at Nu Motion to repair my wheelchair. They changed the part they thought was defective. A few minutes later, it was still doing the same thing. I immediately called to see if I could return. They said no, I would need an appointment. They claimed the first available was towards the end of October. I told them that was not acceptable and that I had a wedding to attend. They did send someone a week later. Turns out it was a factory defective in a sensor. He repaired it. I then ask what they are going to about the chair not fitting into my bedrooms and bathrooms. I was told they would follow up by the end of the week. It is now a week later, and I'm still waiting. Parking lot needs fixing. On the most scariest parking lots to drive through. Got potholes trying to avoid those more trying to avoid weirdly parked cars because there's no lines and avoid speeding cars driving however they want through the lot is what makes it scary.
