Giving this place a 4 out of 5 star, for few reasons, prices are reasonable for what you get, must tries are the specialty plates, the Barbacoa and the lamb was really good and also the octopus tostadas( at least those are the ones we ordered the time we went there the first time) the location is a little on the sketchy side but it is not that bad, they serve breakfast menu for the kids all day, and base on what I read on their menu they have all you can eat buffet during certain hours for lunch 7days a week. It would have been rated 5 if the restaurant is more organized and clean, maybe a little updating will do, and I would suggest if they could change their coffee brand. Other than that we will be back because the food was awesome, staffs we're friendly and accommodating.

Restaurant was recommended for us. First step we set in (I had my Service dog which is protected under the ADA) we got told no pets, which I highly agree with and understand. We explained the Host that this is a service dog and he is legally considered a medical device and protected under the ADA. After a discussion she finally talked to the manager and seated us. Food was really bland. Server was friendly but once we payed we again got told no pets allowed and we would need to show certification, which by the way is not required under the ADA (for SDs) or Colorado state laws (for SDiTs). We tried educating but i guess they just didn’t wanted to understand. Due those circumstances we decided to not come back to this place. Picture of my well behaved and task trained SD

Come for the pitcher of margaritas 🍹!! Stay for the sopapillas!! This restaurant is one of my go-tos when I come home to visit. I love the mural work on the walls, the service is always friendly, and you cannot go wrong on their menu, which offers a little something for everyone; pesctarian, vegetarian, or carnivore, they've got you covered. And of course, don't skip out on the sopapillas!! So hot and fresh and FLUFFY!! The ambiance, however, feels a bit institutional and cold because of the lighting. Perhaps replacing the incandescent bulbs with soft white would help warm up the place a bit? Just a suggestion. Overall, highly recommend Mi Ranchito 2 off of Pueblo Blvd should you get the craving for some local flavor.

Took a friend of mine who used to own a small "eatery" in El Paso. I told the food was Great! Busy as usual on a Sunday, we ended up making our Order to GO. 30 minutes later the "Host" said it should be right up. After 45 minutes and others coming and going after we arrived he didn't give us an answer but we say in the small foyer the whole time. After a full hour I asked to speak to the manager. He did take responsibility by saying he totally forgot. Then he said a free meal was a possibility but we would still have to wait for the food to be made!! I waited for the manager by retired friend was very taken aback. His words, he did not the young man to get in trouble and kept repeating who trained this young man who was clearly overwhelmed! It was very busy. We saw one person check in on the Host and other staff had a question for the host. had there should have been two people up front. One person check in with the Host! I have rarely left a long comment like this but we think this man will do good! Great food! Great Atmosphere! I have to get my old retired friend from El Paso now in Colorado Springs back...

We ordered cheese enchiladas and a stuffed sopapia to go and the food was cold. I was going less then 2 miles away from the restaurant so it isn’t like there was a great amount of time for the food to be cold. But the real reason for my complaint is about the door greeter. She is very rude and should not be dealing with customers at all. I handed her a 50 dollar bill and she snatched it out of my hand and says my order is almost up. Her whole demeanor was standoffish and had that hateful look on her face. Then she gives back my change and says she’s short a dollar and hands me my food. She comes back with the dollar she owed me and I hand my hand out and I know she saw it out and she just tossed it on the podium. She didn’t even say have a nice day or anything. I paid $40.80 for rudeness and a cold meal needless to say I won’t be going back and I won’t have any problems telling people not to come here either. I would of got better quality getting a taquito off a roller grill and definitely way better customer service from a 711. I normally don’t ever complain about anything but this really got...

I have a service dog that I need 24/7, meaning | take him everywhere with me. My family and I were denied service at this restaurant. A man greeted us and stated that I needed a form of identification stating my dog is a service dog. The Americans with Disability Act states that these are the only questions a business can ask: regarding a Service Animal: "Is the animal required because of your disability?" and "What task does it perform?" Any and all other questions/demands like form of identification are against the law. The man when asked said he was the manager. With this I responded, saying he cannot ask for Identification and that it doesn't even exist. He then argued back saying I was wrong, and that the owner made the rules. I asked for the owner's number and did not receive it. The manager continued to deny service to me and my family so l left. The manager was extremely rude and cut me off at times. I want anyone with a service dog to be ready for this here, because he was extremely rude and passive aggressive, and if you are affected by stressful events, this isn't the...
