A sandwich shop on Lake highlighting Pueblo’s status as Home of the Heroes. The exterior is covered in murals, some aligning with the patriotic theme and some just plain cool. The interior isn’t fancy by any means, but it is clean and homey. The food has been a bit hit or miss in my opinion. Nothing I’ve gotten has been disappointing, but some sandwiches have been just alright, while other items have been excellent. I mainly stuck to the hero sandwiches at first, given the name, but my favorite items have been the cheeseburger, reuben, and breakfast burrito. The service is friendly and quick, I can usually be in and out within 5 minutes if I’m getting it to go. The prices are generally pretty low, you can get a filling meal here for around $10. All in all, a great spot to grab lunch, definitely worth a try.

The service was good. Friendly staff. This was our first visit. I was assured it wouldn't be my last. I ordered the Dutch Clark lunch and several other hot sandwiches. No one else had complaints about their food. And tbh it was fresh and everyone else liked theirs. I didn't care for their sandwich bread...( Joe tomatoes makes it fresh daily ) this did not taste fresh made. It seemed like it was store bought and just toasted... The Italian dressing was too sweet. Idk if they make it in house but I thought it made the entire sandwich inedible. I literally forced myself to eat half of it just so I wouldn't waste my money. And the other half is more than likely going to die in the fridge. Sorry guys...

Mozo's is a sandwich spot in Pueblo with good reviews, so I decided to take a chance. I got there a little before noon and placed an order for their special of the day which was a grilled chicken sandwich. Great flavor, good amount of chicken. My biggest takeaway was how great the service was and how many patrons showed up. This place is in the middle of a neighborhood. Plenty of parking and well worth the visit. I will definitely be back next time I'm in town!

This used to be one of my favorite sandwich Shops in town,I haven’t had the sandwich shop in maybe a good year or two decided to go here because they have made great sandwiches in the past, I’m not sure if it was just today, but my honest opinion is the quality in everything from the bread to actually the whole sandwich was not what I was used to,the avocado I had on my sandwich was browned, tasted very old I actually couldn’t even finish my sandwich because it was that bad I’m not a complainer so I would never go back to the store, I guess reviewing is my way to let people know check your sandwiches or food before you leave, I don’t think I’ll visit this place again...
