Starbucks — Restaurant in Pueblo

The only star here is because it's Starbucks and their coffee is amazing! However, not here. If you want your drink done right, not sloppy, on time then you should consider going somewhere else!!! This particular location is a joke that is a sad excuse for a store. Their employees want to be rude about the orders, make it discussing when they do make it, and after all is said and done mess my name written on the cup??? Why not disrespect more right bc if feels like u slapped me in the face with my order! Did my Gold card not ring a bell because it's an obv I'm a regular. I've been to Starbucks around the world (literally) and no one has ever been as awful as this. Management; you need to check your staff! If this was my store I'd be so embarrassed..

Service is almost non existent. If you don't look like either a beta or a Karen you're gonna be in for a long long wait. I've been here 3 times and that's 3 too many as far as I'm concerned. I was completely ignored and had to pay for the privilege to boot. This last time, 25 minutes and I NEVER received my order. Sadly I had to get back to work or I'd have had some kind of redress or satisfaction. As it was, I called to speak to a manager and was told that everyone's a manager here. I am a hard-core Starbucks connoisseur and this Starbucks is definitely in the top 10% of stores I've visited around the US. The staff is always sure to welcome you when you walk through the door and they smile and engage in friendly banter while you order. This morning I ordered my dark roast a little bit later in the morning than usual and I was afraid that it might have cooled down sitting in the coffee carafe but it was piping hot and perfect.
