Onion rings were thick and still moist the way I like them. French fries were different due to their coating. Grandson says they are the best in the city; and the wife and I liked them. French dip and Ruben were very good. Service was excellent for college student servers (as opposed to lifetime professional servers in starred restaurants). The restroom was clean but showed wear and should be updated to match the atmosphere of the rest of the restaurant. This is definitely a sports bar setting with lots of big screens. Floors are concrete, and walls/ceilings have no sound absorbing materials. This was the loudest dining experience I've had in quite a while. It might be good for a date as you would need to sit closely to communicate. It was very busy with most seating taken at the tables and the bar. There was a radio show being broadcast by the time we were finishing our meal. College coaches and their families may account for a larger group of diners than usual. I was also surprised at the age of diners, with being located on a college campus. Except for servers, there were not many college age people there. At an average cost of $20 per meal, plus tip, it may be more expensive than many college students can afford.

I used to come here all the time!! Especially when the pizza deal was $10 carry out or dine in. They changed the Carry out on the pizzas now so they are full price if you order them on Tuesdays. So that was a bummer cause we have a huge family & would always get pizza on Tuesdays. We came in the other day & had some pizza it was good. The waiter we had was nice the other girl there didn't seem to be having a good day. The chips & salsa are bottomless. They charge for every sauce you need. I ordered the two topping pizza it's now ($15) & a Side salad chips & salsa & two sides of ranch cups& two waters. We still paid $45 with the pizza on discount & then I waited about $15 mins before the ranch came out so I couldn't start on my salad til she brought that . Over all it was Good for what it was. We would love them to change back to the Carry out option even leaving it at $15 instead of the $10 .. That would change a lot& we would be regulars again. I think it's still kinda pricey for what we got with no extra drinks even.

We hosted my daughter-in-law and son's baby shower here with about 15 guests. The patio was just perfect. Though still slightly warm outside, the patio covering and the breeze made it really pleasant. There is also a nice sitting area with patio couches which created an intimate environment perfect for opening gifts. Our server, Jasmin, was such a friendly happy young lady that helped us set up by moving and cleaning tables. The owner, Ryan, came out to check on us before our party started to make sure we had everything we needed. There was a game on the patio that my granddaughter just loved, making the party fun for everyone - no matter their age! There was also plenty of room for my son to play hacky sack with the girls around the corner. The food was really good! We ordered a couple of sampler appetizers and some pizza. The little bread cheese pesto bites were the crowd favorite. Pizza was delicious! I would completely do another event here. It was just perfect.

So far ive only had the unlimited wings on wednesday. Which is a great price. Wished they had more flavors to choose from, But they were really good. My negative is the fact that you ask for light sauce especially the garlic parmesan flavor and it seems they deliberately drenched all 3 of our wings in sauce. We were all grossed out and didnt finish them. I wished they also served celery and carrots with every oder if wings if we wanted them and also they dont bring out more ranch or bleu cheese dressing unless you ask. Celery, carrots and choice of dressing only come with 1st 10 wings. Have to constantly ask for dressing if wanted, it's never offered at time of order. The only other thing we've tried was the regular mac n cheese. I will say save your $9.99 it was absolutely terrible! I will never order that again. It was very gritty tasting, had no flavor. To me it was as if the cheese had been way over cooked. In my mac n cheese there was actually 2 huge chunks of over cooked cheese (very dark brown in color and crunchy). Otherwise Good atmosphere, decently fast service. Getting 5 wings at a time after the 1st 10 is kind of a drag however as soon as you get your wings it's nice that you can immediately order another 5 so theres not too much wait in between orders. A little loud but its a sports bar kind of place so that is expected. Gets crowded later in the evening. And hours of operation is good. Will return for the unlimited wings but thats about it. I gave 3 stars as theres always room for improvement. The wings are a 5 star, lack of being offered dressing is a negative for me and the mac n cheese was a huge...

We usually love Thunder Zone and go frequently because of the location and good food. But after tonight we will never be going back again thanks due to a girl who is known as the bar help/lead that claims she was the "manager" when she was not, I wish I had gotten a name but she was the only short Hispanic girl with long black hair working tonight. Even the actual manager stated she herself was the only manager there working. We waited over 40 minutes for our food by the time we asked to just cancel and leave the food then came out. The girl with black hair then rolled her eyes and told our waitress to go back to the kitchen with our food and I told her it took over 40 minutes and she continued to argue with me saying pizza alone takes 30 min and we didnt even order pizza besides a tiny kids pizza, nachos, and a Mac n cheese dish. The girl with black hair continued to argue stating 40 min isnt even that long to wait on food and kept giving attitude. I have never felt so disrespected in a restaurant environment than tonight. The manager apologized as well as the waitress and they paid for the drinks and asked if we wanted to take the food to go and I was so disgusted by the girls actions we didnt even want the food anymore at that point. You really need to check on who your staffing and take in to consideration on how they treat...

If I could leave negative stars I would. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant period. We waited for an outrageous amount of time to even order. The waitress said it was her first day, and I first I did feel bad for her, but it just got worse. The Mac n cheese was not edible. I’m not a picky person but it had no sauce literally at all. The lunch meat was bad in my friends sandwich and my other friends hamburger had nothing but meat and mushrooms, no lettuce no tomato, no cheese and no sauce if any type. The ‘loaded’ fries had some hormel bacon bites and sad dried up cheese. When I told the waitress I wasn’t going to pay for the Mac n cheese she could take it back, she didn’t ask why or apologize just a sour look. The manager came over and asked if giving me sauce would make me want to keep my order but why wouldn’t it just come with sauce instead of just plain noodles with four cheese if cheese??? When we went to pay, she ran both tickets on my card, hard to be told several times what the issue was and the cheer on top of the cake, after leaving for awhile comes back and asks if we can just cash app each other instead of fixing the issue. I paid $47 for this circus and left hungry. Don’t go Pueblo has so much...
