QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Pueblo

The chicken meat was very old, cold, and burnt. The lettuce was wilted. The Pico was different. The white rice was bland. The tortilla was not soft or pliable and kept falling apart. There was just no flavor except for the burnt chicken pieces which I had to spit out several times. They probably should have taken time for proper training before opening that location. Even the cashier was clueless but what's worse is the unapologetic attitude from the manager. Yikes.

Update - Gave this place another chance since it had been a while since they had opened but nope. It was still not decent. I guess they have high turnover since more new people were there being trained. It's worse than Taco Bell...

Love this location so much, and I'm so happy it opened!! The food was amazing and the staff was the best!! They are all always so friendly. I've been back 3 times! The only two things I wish were offered here are Cilantro and online ordering. Other Qdobas always offer Cilantro as a topping and I am sad that I'm missing out on the qdoba rewards when not ordering through the app. I have a free burrito I can't use here. I travel enough that I'll still be able to use it, but it sure is a downer since I work near here. Other than that, everything has been awesome that I've tried at...

I had the absolute pleasure to come to this restaurant this evening. The worker Ariel is so amazing! And so sweet! She gave me the best customer service I have ever! The food was very yummy and she made it quick! What a hard worker! And might I add absolutely STUNNING! I’m inlove with her earrings!!

On a bad note, there was a boy there who I couldn’t find out his name. He was rude and unpleasant towards me and my handicapped son. He needs to be fired!! If only I got his name!...
