I called 2 days ahead of time to try to place an order for 2 brunch boxes for my company. They said theyd ask a manager and call me back. They never called, so i called again the next morning. The manager said they can make it when I want to pick it up because it wouldn't take long to make. When I went in 2 days later at 7:30 am when they opened, they had no idea what I was talking about. I told them a manager said they would be able to make it and it's for my company that's why I called 2 days prior. If they couldn't make it I could've made other arrangements. I understand some places dont serve it that's why I called. I showed them what it was online and they said they can still make it, which I told them I really appreciated. I went and sat down to wait, then the girl working came up to me to tell me next time if I can communicate better and give them a heads up. I told her that's why I called 2 days earlier and their manager is the one with the bad communication. Then she said well maybe you can order ahead of time. I told her I tried and they said I didn't have to that's why I called 2 days prior. When they finally got done making it almost an hour later I went to pay with my company card which they don't accept so i had to pay cash. Ugh... worst...
