We’re tourists from Boston out in Ciales for climbing and the coffee museum. Stopped by this stand to grab a quick bite. This has been our best cheap meal across the entire island and we have not been baited by too many tourist traps. The hot sauce mixed with bbq sauce was delicious. It’s a low salty burn on the side of the tongue. Perfect with a glass of juice. One skewer was enough for each of us. The pork (cerdo) is so good. This is the food I’ll crave after I leave Puerto Rico.
