Burger King — Restaurant in Punxsutawney

I visited Burger King on 4-2-2023 for a late lunch.

When I walked into the resteraunt, I noticed it was clean and only a couple of people dining in the resteraunt.

When I ordered, the staff was not overly friendly. I asked a question about the menu, and it was a quick short response.

I have been to numerous Burger Kings, and one reason I enjoy going is the staff. Not so much here for friendless.

The burger I ordered, which I believe was number 4 (bacon king). It was really good and a lot of food and I would order it again. The onion rings were cold and didn't bother asking for different ones since the staff did not seem to be overly happy to be there.

I did not have the best experience at this location. I will continue to eat at Burger King, but not this one. Since January, I have been to numerous locations and a little over a dozen visits. I can say I have never had cold fries or onion rings. Staff have been friendly, and orders are always correct. This...

If you like waiting 15-20 minutes for a meal as simple as a burger and fries while watching the entire staff run around the kitchen looking like they have absolutely 0 clue what's going on, then this is the location for you!

This hasn't been a one-time thing either. This has been what the service at this location has been like for the past few months. I stopped going through the drive-thru all together when the average wait time started to be around 20 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me.

The last and Final time I went, I ordered inside thinking it would be faster, and I still had to wait 15 minutes for a burger and fries. And this wasn't even at peak customer hours.

Whoever is managing this location needs replaced because clearly they have no clue what they're doing. Again, watching the staff fumble around like they're in total confusion is...

I had called ahead between 10:30 and 11 am to pre order 10 value your way meals to be picked up at 5pm. Upon arrival, to location at 5:05 pm the meals had not even been started to be cooked or put together. Upon telling the counter person I was there to pick up a pre order the supervisor on duty went to the back and bought out the paper with the order written on it as well as the pick up time. 45 minutes later I was walking out the door with my order.
