Burger King — Restaurant in Putnam

I have gone her maybe 3 times and everytime my order has been either wrong or cold. Today I ordered a meal asked for it off broiler which means fresh. Asked for it to not have lettuce and to add bacon. When I went to eat it I had lettuce and no bacon and the wrapper had no indication of what I asked for. So I looked at my receipt and I saw that the person taking my order either didn't listen to me or didn't care. I repeated my order to them 3x and they still got it wrong. I have worked in fast food before in different companies, and it seems the they want to get you out more then get your order right and make it look appealing to eat. I have never gotten anything that looked like the pictures the advertised. It looks like they just thrown it together or someone is mad and is just making it as they want and just don't care. You wanted a higher wage so now make the food as it should. Would have gave it a lower rate but some of the people there were Pleasant and so 2 stars are for them. Wont let me do another review so I'm adding to this one. Wanted to try the new BBQ brisket whopper. Boy was i very unpleased, first off the whole sandwich was put together poorly, and it hardly had any brisket on it at all plus it was hidden under the cheese why hid the brisket under cheese?? I'm not sure what else comes on it but the tomatoes weren't needed plus for a sandwich that you charge over $10+ I would want it put together way better, just dont make sandwiches for photo shoots look good make all of them that way. This location is near a highway so they know they can pull some shenanigans that other locations cannot. This was my final experience here. It was breakfast time before work at about 9:30 AM. I have an hour and a half commute and it was the summer so I had to take my son to work. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich meal and my son ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich meal using the drive thru. Simple enough but per usual at this location they made us pull forward by the door even though no one was in line behind us. After an unusually long wait for breakfast sandwiches we were handed a bag and pulled off. Now, I wish I had checked my order here but we waited until we were about 10 minutes down the highway to find out that one sandwich had written on it "sausage sandwich hold the sausage" and the other read "bacon sandwich hold the bacon". Surprise, surprise we had 2 ham, egg, and cheese croissant sandwiches.

How does this happen? If you don't have the ingredients then say so when taking the order or after taking the order. I would have happily taken my money back which they were clearly trying to avoid.

Now you may say pork is pork but clearly you don't like breakfast food.

Really wanna shout out the manager Liz i believe her name is she was working at night nov 6th 2022 i order two original chicken sandwiches and get home 15 min away to realize im missing a sandwich and she really went above and beyond to make it right cooked everything up fresh for me did not give me a hard time at all she honestly made my experience 100% honestly for a bk in the middle of no where i must say the people who work here are always so kind they always park me cause i always order chicken and they always make it fresh so when they tell me to park i know it cause im gonna have nice and hot food. From the crew to the manager to the food i can say im happy with this place. Who ever runs this bk from the gm to every shift manager I’ve encountered you guys need to teach the rest of the bks in the world cause costumer service is always a 5 star Thank you liz you made my night just from our interaction not even the food.
