What an amazing find on 6/14/25!! đI was driving on S Meridian headed towards BECU to make an ATM transaction when I saw this little gem to my right. I busted a U-turn as it had me intrigued with the open flag signs and noticed there were food trucks and knew this place was new.
You can easily miss the entrance if you arenât paying attention. LOL! There are two entrances to the parking lot. It is fairly small.
There are two food trucks and 1 coffee/tea tiny truck:
Upon talking with the owners, they had stated they had just opened approximately 2-3 weeks ago. They have outdoor dining in the rear section of the food trucks. Canopies/Umbrellas covered the dining tables. A red tractor is in the outdoor space which allows the kids to play on while waiting or after eating. Outdoor space is clean and a relaxing vibe.
I opted to eat Indian food on my first visit and would like to return to try the Backyard pizza and burgers. I ordered the butter chicken which comes with basmati rice $14.95. Ordered two garlic naan bread $3.95 each and mango lassi $4.95. My food was served to me at my table. It was truly delicious and tasty đ I really enjoyed eating outdoors that early evening. It was still warm and sunny. Service was excellent!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! I plan to...
Read moreIf youâre craving authentic Indian cuisine that delivers on both flavor and freshness, look no further. From the first bite to the last, this place impressed me with rich, complex spices and a comforting homemade touch.
We started with the vegetable samosas, which were perfectly crisp on the outside and filled with a well-seasoned potato and pea mixture inside. The accompanying chutneysâtamarind and mintâwere the ideal contrast of sweet and tangy.
For mains, the butter chicken was a standout: tender pieces of chicken in a creamy, slightly smoky tomato-based sauce. The chicken biryani came loaded with aromatic basmati rice, whole spices, and just the right amount of heat. We also tried the saag paneer, which had a wonderfully earthy flavor and smooth textureâclearly made fresh.
Their garlic naan was pillowy and brushed generously with butter and herbsâperfect for scooping up every bit of sauce.
Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the staff is warm and welcoming. The food came out hot and fresh, and they were happy to adjust spice levels to our preference.
This place is a hidden gem for lovers of Indian foodâor anyone looking to try it for the first time. Highly...
Read moreIâm absolutely blown away by this new Indian food truck! From the moment we walked up, we were impressed by how clean and well organized everything was. The truck itself looked brand new and spotless, and the outdoor sitting area was not only tidy but actually inviting; with plenty of shaded seating and a nice.
Now for the food; incredible. The dosa was perfectly cooked on the outside and filled with a delicious, spiced potato that had just the right amount of heat. The chicken tikka masala and butter chicken were both rich, flavorful, and incredibly comforting; you could taste the layers of spice in every bite. The butter chicken, in particular, was creamy and tender with a sauce we were literally scooping up with my paratha until the plate was clean.
We also tried the pani puri, which was super fresh and fun to eat; the tangy, spicy water was on point and everything was perfectly crisp.
To top it all off, they gave us complimentary mango lassi while we waited for our order, and it was so darn good! Cool, refreshing, and not too sweet. Such a thoughtful touch that made the whole experience even better đ
This food truck is an absolute gem. We canât wait...
