I recently visited Social Birdie in Queen Creek, AZ, and I can’t say enough about what an incredible experience it was! This place truly deserves a 5-star rating. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality that set the tone for the entire evening. The food was absolutely phenomenal—every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The menu offers something for everyone, but the highlights for us were the perfectly cooked ribeye and the sweet and spicy chicken waffles, which were a delightful surprise. Sunday - 3/10 - Breakfast / Brunch - Parking is an issue at this location - on this day it appeared to be due to golfers - the restaurant was only sparsely occupied - I drove around and waited for a parking spot - my wife went in while I looked and she was seated right away - I joined her - our beverages were ordered and served quickly - coffee and an orange juice - we ordered our entrees and were advised after we ordered that the kitchen was “a little backed up” - We waited for 40-45 minutes and did not receive our food and asked our waiter (who was very polite) if our food had been started and he indicated the kitchen had not begun to prepare our meal. We asked him to cancel our order. We have been here two other times and it was fantastic - the low rating here is only a commentary on service. If your kitchen is running an hour + behind 1) quit seating tables 2) for those who have already ordered - inform them periodically 3) when a group chooses to leave - comp their coffee and orange juice for the inconvenience. We will give Social Birdie another chance as the food was good - however the venue might be too big if the kitchen...
