So I went through the drive thru and they were super cold and low key rude. Then in my drive home I got this sickening feeling I was forgetting something when I realized I didn’t get a receipt back. That was when I went looking for my card and realized I never got it back. I immediately called them when I got back and the guy seemed clueless on the phone and told me there were no lost cards. Through tears rolling down my face and a panic attack I drove myself back to the restaurant. On the way there I tried calling them several more times and to no avail they NEVER picked up the phone. When I finally got there the one guy stood there staring at me blankly as I explained the situation. He then looked in his little safe and asked when the card was forgotten. When I explained to him I was just there he was kinda rude about it. Unsurprisingly my card was there and they had in fact forgotten to give it back. As I left I heard one of the employees snicker and say “well it wasn’t me”. Overall horrible experience. Because of them my food was cold and I had to drive back and forth to pick back up my card. Read moreI ordered my food though the mobile app with pick up at the drive thru to make it easier. After they handed my boyfriend and I the food the guy at the window said “this should be all your food” which raised a red flag. After we checked I found we were missing 3 of the nacho cheese dorito tacos I ordered. My boyfriend went in to get the tacos and the manager claimed only seeing 2 not three (in the photo I highlighted the 3). The manager didn’t even even come up to the desk to talk to him just talked though the front desk guy. they offered a drink and gave us cinnamon twists in the bag which was unknown till walking out with only 2 tacos which was nice but we didn't ask for them. I just wanted my tacos, when we found that there was only 2 tacos and cinnamon twists in the bag we went back in and showed them the 3 tacos and the manager said “here just get them out of my hair” and gave the front desk guy a bag with a spicy potato soft taco which wasn’t even the taco I ordered but at that point I was over it. Read moreI just want to start with the reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because this is usually the only Taco Bell that gets my weird order correct and the staff is usually extremely friendly. Great crew most visits! Keep up the good work! However, when we went there the other day, my husband was relaying our orders to the woman on the headset and she put us on hold in the middle of our order. I get it. Sometimes you can't find a button or it's a request that isn't in the computer. Not an issue. However, it was an unusually long amount of time and when she came back over the speaker she read back our order and told us our total. Usually that's great, but my husband had told her twice that he wasn't done ordering yet. Nothing. Silence. So, we pull up to the window, get the stuff that she actually put in the order and even that incomplete order was wrong. My husband ended up having to park and go inside just to finish the order and correct what was wrong with the partial order she put in the computer. I don't know what the deal was. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but it was a trip. That's never happened...
