Horrible service! Drove up to the window and the girl expediting the drive-thru orders opened the window and mumbled my total while holding held her hand out. No eye contact, no greeting whatsoever. Just the back of her head. I went to hand her my card and in transition of extending my hand she snatched my card (not looking at me) while laughing and talking with the employees behind her and then shut the window. I have to admit, I was a little impressed that she was able to grab my card while her head was turned completely away from the drive-thru window! After she swiped my card her hand came back out of the window holding my card and still chatting with employees. Zero eye contact, zero personality. She shut the window leaned against the counter with her backed turned towards me until my order was ready. Once again her arm appeared but this time with a bag in her hand, I assumed it was mine, and I reached out, she was still turned away fro me and chatting with the other employees, I extended my hard and she shoved the bag into my hand and shut the window. It was a very welcoming experience! To add to the already fantastic customer service I received, when I arrived home and proceeded to unload my items, my order was not in the bag. Absolutely nothing I ordered. I threw the food in the trash along with the $20.97 I waisted for food I did not receive. To be honest, at that point it really was not a shock. Read moreThis Jack in the Box location consistently has issues with food quality and service. It's my closest location and just about every time I come here I run into problems. Sometimes the drive thru isn't manned at all, I wait several minutes and leave with no one at the window. Their computers regularly have issues and they're only able to accept cash payments at odd times. One visit I was able to promptly place an order and pay for my food, but all cars were being directed to park out front where I had to wait over 10 minutes for my food to be walked out to me. When my food was ready, an employee walked out of the building talking about how much he hated his job. Other times I've found my food severely over or undercooked, and this location is the only I've ever been to that managed to incorrectly make their cheap tacos. The most frustrating thing about my experience with this location is that this review isn't written off of a single review, but instead it's based upon 10-12 experiences having visited this location over the last year. Whatever management culture is at work here leaves this Jack in the box far behind others in the area. I've for the most part written this location off. Read moreWent through the drive thru to get some dinner seeing as how this place was not busy at the time being 6:40pm I ordered a #4, #7, & a kids meal... They tell me to pull around front to get my food. So I do. Then so does the car behind me(car 1)... And the car behind them(car 2)... Then the car behind me gets their food, and the car behind them they leave just in time for car #3 and #4 to come and still no food number 3 gets their food and goes then comes to us and ends up giving us the wrong order... This being the team lead on shift. Then goes oh wow.. oh wow.. because car #1 got our order.. goes back and gets out order made ASAP and comes out.. no discount for the ball being dropped on their end no free dessert to apologize. Just words. After waiting over half an hour for our food.. patiently...
Ironically fast food ain't so fast when it comes to jack. This is not the first time so after repeated bad experiences it's time to just stop...
