To the lady that helped me today, I'm sorry I didn't get your name, I appreciate you for prioritizing my online order. I arrived and it was already 10 mins past when my order was supposed to be ready. When I got there the lady working the online orders told me she was bagging my last item and it would be out in a minute. I understand that it might take some time so I told her not a problem. There was another person waiting as well. She took a call and went back to the back to finish my order. The store wasn't busy and many waitresses were taking a break and talking, not unusual for being not very busy. I then heard yelling coming from the back someone asking why the potato wedges were given away, then someone told her to shush. Then I heard the woman state that people shouldn't take things that isn't theirs. I learned that it was my order that was taken from. The manager poked his head out and said it would be another minute. I lose respect when all of the waitresses and another man came out to mock and make fun of the lady who was upset that my order got pushed back because she already told me that it was almost ready. My food did come out about 25 mins after it was supposed to be ready. The lady came out and apologized profusely for the wait. There were also other people waiting behind me so it pushed them back as well. Buffalo Wild Wings do better, your staff shouldn't come out to make fun of someone because they think she over-reacted. Even though, I quote one of the waitresses "it's only potato wedges!" The lady who was upset was afraid her performance would be judged. When you are that slow, 6 employees shouldn't be making fun of the 1 working and who is obviously...
Read moreI wish I had read reviews before eating here. This restaurant had about 20 people in it when we arrived and less when we left. I was excited about eating here because it has been a few years since I ate at a Buffalo Wild Wings-Romeoville, IL, and it was always really good food. It was around 1:30-2;00pm, on a Thursday. The chips and queso dip were good and my friendâs hamburger and fries were good. I ordered Diet Pepsi and it tasted sweet, so I mentioned it to waitress and she said she could get me another but promised me it was correct. I asked her if it was the Pepsi zero and she said it was Diet Pepsi, so I ordered tea because it was not a regular Diet Pepsi. I ordered wings and celery from the lunch menu. I pointed to the bone-in wings and I was not asked if I wanted bone in or boneless wings. I got boneless wings and the celery was old - very stringy and ends were slightly dark. I have a photo and donât see where I can add this to the review. I donât like boneless and itâs not what I ordered. I ate one and asked for my meal to be removed from the bill. I didnât have time to wait for correct order to be cooked. I spoke to the manager and he said the celery was right off the truck, today. He asked if I ordered bone-in wings so I pulled out menu and pointed at what I ordered. He then said âI canât see that farâ and then proceeded to put on his glasses. I was sitting in a booth towards the end and his comment was uncalled for. At this point I knew he was upset and not going to take care of this like it should have been. Not customer friendly! I told him to bring me the bill and I would handle this problem with review. ...
Read moreThere were a lot of things wrong with my dining at Buffalo Wild Wings. I went there with 10 other friends, with the large group, I expected the food would take longer to arrive. I did not expect however for it to take an hour. For starters, there wasnât really an assigned waiter/waitress for my table, and after 30 minutes of waiting, my friend had to leave the table to find a waitress to get our orders. Then, it took another hour until she had to get up again and ask where our food was. The food came out immediately after she asked, and when it arrived, it was not fresh, the hamburger was stale like it had been sitting out for a while, and so were the wings. There were about 4 parties of new customers coming in who got their drinks and food before my party. When we went to pay, my friend who only ordered a strawberry lemonade for $3.50 was charged $8, the waitress said it was because she had two drinks, but the menu said free refills, and they charged her for two (she didnât even ask for a second one, they just put it in front of her). if it wasnât for my friendâs mom who came to pick her up, she wouldâve overpaid for a $3.50 drink. I feel like they took advantage of my group because we were middle school kids (8th graders), therefore they didnât think much of us. The service was not good, and the food was not the best. I have been to BWW before with an adult, and my experience was a lot more enjoyable. In conclusion, I will not be eating...
