The location was really nice because it's very quiet around the hotel. There's not a lot of traffic or businesses but it's still only 10 minutes or less from the heart of the town. The reservation person was really nice. Originally contacted them because the hotel I was going to get had warnings that they don't rent to local people. And then I saw stuff for reviews also so I figured I didn't want a chance even though it wasn't local going somewhere where they could change their mind and not let you stay. So I called the town and country and they were so helpful and nice and got me a really nice room. The beds had lots of pillows the tiny kind but I'd say the mattress was only average. The room was really clean and it hadn't been refrigerator in it and the TV set was huge and easy to watch. The breakfast was pretty good especially coming off of pandemic for most places didn't have much. And the lady attending the breakfast room was also very kind. Here's a nice clean place that had pretty much everything you needed. The shower tub had shampoo and soap in it and there was a little small bottle of lotion by the sink but if you use conditioner make sure you pack it they wouldn't have any there for those of you that have long hair that needs that. Dale said a swimming pool and a weight room. The swimming pool is kind of tiny but it would have been diced to some little laps and the jacuzzi was warm but not super hot. We rented a Jacuzzi room in the water came super hot out of that and it was...

IN-ROOM EXTRAS: Clock/in-room coffee/mini fridge. TUB: Nice BED: 4 pillow per bed; a nice quiet dark and comfy sleep. BREAKFAST: Extremely disappointing. This place looks so fancy, and when you go into the breakfast room - oh, REAL plates and cutlery, real cups and glassware. Clean and oh...3 stainless steel covered steamers - yum! But no. No no. The steamers only had biscuits and gravy, no eggs, no meats. Not even a hardboiled egg. There was a "fancy" coffeemaker...the hot chocolate side was out of order and the french vanilla side spewed lukewarm opaque water. The orange juice dispense ran out of concentrate and only dispensed orangey-water. It looked like it had so much potential and was an incredible let down. There was waffles/cereal/oatmeal/bread/bagel/english muffin/yogurt and apples. The area very very clean but disappointing. We sat and watched how many people came down to the room, checked with anticipation inside the warmer trays, then left without getting any food (stopped watching after 8 people) PRICE: on a Monday in Oct 2022 (including taxes) for 2 adults, 2 beds: about $140....
Read moreThis is the nicest hotel within the tri-state area! I have serious doubts that you will find a better accommodation outside of the few luxury homes and cabins in the area. However, T&C inn and suites can be upto $200/night less expensive than their Air bnb competitors and there is no minimum on the nights you can stay. The staff there were always friendly and eager to assist with any of our needs. The ambassador suite we stayed in on the top floor was exceptionally clean, comfortable and cozy. We were impressed to say the least. The only area that could be improved upon is: my wife called to book one of the establishments best rooms. The front desk associate assumed we could not afford something of that nature therefore those rooms weren't even mentioned in the selection of availabilities. Once my wife mentioned an ambassador suite this individual stated that those were $200+/night. If somebody asks for the best suites that will accommodate them than give them the best options....
