Church's Chicken — Restaurant in Río Grande

The service in this place is terrible very slow every time I go there I have to wait at least 20 minutes in line, yesterday I walked in there and there was no chicken so we waited for the chicken to cook, just before my turn to order the chicken was gone, so I had to wait another 7 minutes out of 15 that it takes to cook. This is unacceptable it's suppose to be a fast food restaurant and as I said sometimes I have waited...

I shy from giving a bad review because every one is always highlights the negative. But this establishment was not very clean, the cashier had work 11 hrs the night before and poor lady had to open so she barely had any rest and when the order pilled up the lobby she is the one that is being yelled at. Apparently Church's has a much different reputation in Puerto Rico than it does in mainland U.S. The menu is much more diverse than in the mainland. The biscuits were a dream!
