Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Río Grande

What a disaster… went for dinner at 5:30 and by 6:30 my food had still not be served. When my family finished eating their pizza is when they finally came with my calzone and the appetizer. Lights kept flickering on and off. Not enough workers. Even heard a comment on the way out, employee asking if what we left for tip was good and the lady charging us responded “no.” Absolutely atrocious service. Avoid at all costs. Well, we just arrived to this establishment and they told us at 8:45 pm that was closed with people inside. When asked what time did they closed? (the schedule says Friday 10:00 pm closing time) The employee replied: “We just closed, like ten minutes ago.” Apparently they didn’t want to work or business was slowed. Terrible servicio, 15 minutos esperando a que contesten el teléfono para terminar llegando a la tienda y tener que ordenar para que ni siquiera honren el precio online cuando 1) la plataforma no permite hacer el check out de ordenar online 2) no contestan el teléfono para uno poder poner la orden y preguntar sobre que ofertas tienen. La chica al parecer nueva con actitud y escondiéndose detrás de que solo hay 3 empleados y tenían rush. Cuando yo se lo que es trabajar bajo rush y con 3 empleados siendo empleada de tienda también, donde mientras atiendo un cliente presencialmente, tengo que atender el otro en llamada. Lamentablemente como parte de tu trabajo es atender llamadas aún en rush, más cuando son restaurantes porque tienen pick up y gente para poner ordenes. No te puedes esconder con que solo hay 3 empleado. Más cuando aún estando ahí presente el teléfono les suena y ella (la host or front attendant) está hablando de problemas personales con su supervisora y ni siquiera trabajando en la cocina.
