Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Río Grande

Ordered launch but got the cold pizza delivered for dinner! If you are short on delivery staff the don't make the pizza early and let it sit for an hour and half until the delivery person picks it up and delivers it. You have to find a way to time the pizza correctly. It is understandable if you are short staffed on delivery staff and it is expectable to receive a pizza up to 2 hours after ordering it. But never ever send a cold pizza to a customer. Never ever again. You keep doing this, you will keep getting 1 starts until the shop closes. It's basic business 101 class. No one in the world wants cold pizza ordered. If it was a thing they would offer it in the menu. Don't make your own cold pizza menu. Get 1 thing right. My expectations are low for delivery! Deliver a warm pizza after two hours of me ordering. Is that too...

1st delivery took 60+ minutes to get to me and we are only 10 minutes away. 2nd and 3rd time I called to place an order 1 hour before their online posted closing time they refused to answer and when they finally answer whoever the lady that answer was beyond rude and stated she was closed even tho the online posted times says I still had 1 hour…very unprofessional, rude…and not to mention the refusal to do their job…they claimed they are closed 1 hour before which is illegal…if the owner only knew what or how they are managing their business I’m sure they wouldn’t be happy…I’m a business owner so I wouldn’t be happy at all…worst experience here in...
