I received the wrong order after waiting some time for my delivery and it is unfortunate that when I spoke to the manager, he was condescending and disrespectful and then he said he did not have to help me, I never got loud nor disrespectful, and I let him know that I was missing cheesy bread, and it was three toppings on this pizza two of which I did not order there was hardly no sauce on the pizza and I couldn’t eat it because it looks like gyro meat and they don’t sell gyro meat he said omg two of us have to go without a meal to night after working all day because what we fixed our mouth for is not eatable The young man who took my order was very kind and patient when I called back and he put the manager on. I promise you he has no problem solving skills and the nerve of him to be disrespectful. When I was very kind about it. It pissed me off because it hurts my feelings. I try very hard to be to change. I wanna see in this world and I’m a very understanding person who happens to be going through a lot, not only did. He disrespect me and raise his voice. He was very condescending and made me feel as though it was my fault then told me the only thing he was willing to do Was credit me for the cheesy bread that they did not deliver unbelievable my anxiety is through the roof and I’m very upset and yet it’s saddens me. Read moreOrdered a pizza and a movie. My pizza was delivered but no movie. The delivery guy had no explanation or known reasoning being the mishap. I first called family video about the situation. The lady I talked with basically said that it was not their fault because it did not pop up on their systems' screen. Even though they put the blame on Marcos pizza they compensated me with a free movie on my account. I asked to be connected with Marcos side to discuss a compensation from their end since the delivery came from them and they advertise the free movie with pizza. She agreed to for the transfer but hung up after talking with me. I called Marcos pizza back in hopes of catching the delivery driver before he drops the movie back off. The lady I spoke with at Marcos said that the error was not their fault and that they would not compensate me with anything on my order even though it was on my reciept. The complete smack in the face about the situation about them being in some kind of business together (besides me being a first time customer) neither side wanted to take blame about the mistake. I started this review and got a call from an assistant manager by the name of Ivan from the kenosh branch explaining that it was both sides fault and wanted to fix the mistake. He was willing to compensate me with a dessert and a couple bucks on my account. He turned this review from a 1 star to a 5 star review in a 5 minute phone call. Thanks Ivan from the Kenosha branch. I will defiantly be ordering again and referring more people to both places...
Read moreI would leave negative stars if I could. Ordered 2 meatball bakes, got home and there were no meatballs in them. Tried calling and only got a recording saying they're only open during dinner hours (it was around 6pm) so I drove back to the store. Walked in and associates had to pull their masks up. Female associate had a serious attitude. Other associate was on his cell phone sitting at a stool at the register. Only 1 out of 3 were preparing orders. Asked about the phones and the female told me they were understaffed so they turned them off. She continued to have an attitude so I told her to refund my money. She didn't know how and had to wait for the guy to get off his cell phone to help and he continued to swear to Claire (assuming some type of manager) on the phone and not care that I was waiting. They finally figured out how to refund my card but couldn't print out a receipt. They can't put meatballs in a meatball bake, I sure don't trust they refunded me properly! She raised her voice with me numerous times and told me she was losing her patience with me as well. Horrible customer service. Not my fault they are understaffed but she sure expected me to take the blame!
